Put in an order online and hour in advance and my wife got there and order was still not done. Then she waited for another 30 minutes for them to turn around and give my order away. Then refused to give store number or corporates number just ridiculous.

Employees are rude, & can't make a pizza in an appropriate amount of time.When they make them most pizzas sit on a shelf getting cold instead of in the pizza portal or the hotboxes behind the counter where they can stay warm.

This place is ridiculous, waiting over 2 hours for pizza and still walking out bc its not ready. Watched the lady making pizza without gloves, then proceeded to rub her nose and touch the computer screen and go back to making the pizzas without gloves nor wash her hands SEVERAL times. This place is gross, sad bc the pizza taste amazing but I won't go back bc the cleanliness and lack there of over all it was an unsanitary experience and made me lose my appetite.

Told it would be 50 minutes for three pizzas so I changed it to one and they told me it would be 50 minutes. Attitudes on teenagers are normal but jeez. Pizza hut app takes 15 mins. What happened to hot and ready.

Last couple of times didn't cut pizza thur can't make a pizza in less than 15 + minutes last week it was 45 minutes they didn't have blanks premade it should take 7 to 10 minutes for a pie today they have change had to use bank card don't know why i Work for that company. Rule is 7min out door they should work on their problems or fire the person in charge sorry but that being honest

Very disappointed in Little Cesar's. Went there today to get a pizza and breadsticks for my kids for lunch. Called ahead and ordered. We were told it would be ready in 20 min. We got there 20 min later, went in and stood in line, asked if the order was ready, they said almost. Waited another 30 minutes inside the store, went to the counter after several people came and gone. They never ever put in our order. Then we proceeded to ask if they had anything ready. They gave us a very overcooked pizza and dry breadsticks that was for someone elses order. They have no good customer service, tracking system, and staff to run the place.

Pizza and Italian cheese bread was cold and old.Found 2 very long blondish/brown strands of hair in my cheese on pizza. Gross. Never again.
Overall horrible. We get there and order 2 hot and ready.. they say it will be about 10 min. Ok no problem . I came back and still wasn't done ( ended up waiting almost 45min.)The young man at the register had a horrible attitude, acted disrespectful towards an elderly man. He kept messing up payments and going to the back using profound language.Then when our food was finally ready I seen him grab two boxes that I had seen sitting there for over 20min. So our food was done he was just making everyone wait for some reason I'll never understand.Since I was just standing in there for so long I was watching them cook in back... I not once seen the young women wash their hands or put on gloves...If I could give less than 1 star I would. Hire friendly people who can do their job rite.
