Ordered 1/4 pounder deluxe, 20 piece nugs, and chicken strips with fries and drink. Waited 45+ mins and got checked on 4 different times. Had to call in and ask what was going on. Had the wrong food brought out to us and taken back. And finally got our order and still had missing fries and our sauces. But they threw in 2 cookies to make up for it 🙄

Ok place to grab lunch & use the restroom on my way to or from Vegas but wish the bathrooms were maintained better. There wasn't any soap in the men's room and the motion light only stays on for about 8 seconds, a little surprised standing at the urinal when the room got a lot darker!

Everything becomes automated you lose that personal attachment McDonald's used to have. You know back in the days where the toys are all real metal burning hot from the Sun but people were friendly to each other it was a place to gather it's a missing part of History
Amazing customer service....all of the workers were so nice and very accommodating. Would come back to this specific McDonald's 10 out of 10 times after our experience.

I just left 5 mins ago. I ordered a meal and decided to add more nuggets in case my kids wanted more. When I tried adding more the young man refused to sell me more and kept arguing with me that I couldn’t add more to the order . I was persistent to get his name and he refused and stated he was the manager. If anyone else knows the name of the manager so I can report them to corporate. They slammed the door on my face . Very unprofessional and my children witness how ugly and unprofessional they were.

So it's my understanding that when you go to a McDonald's anywhere in this country the food is supposed to be the same and held to the same quality standards everywhere. With that said I visited a McDonald's in Kingman Arizona today on Stockton Hill road. The eggs that I received in that big breakfast that I ordered were unedible they have been holding on to them for so long in their warmers that they have turned to plastic. I get that eggs are expensive right now but this kind of quality is unacceptable and I am very tempted to take time off from my job and take this down to the health department. That's how disgusting it is I have pictures but unfortunately I'm on a corporate complaint page and like all corporate complaint case pages they don't offer the ability to upload photos. I'm really starting to get sick and tired of the disgusting quality of food that your company has been pushing out in order to save a buck. I couldn't go
