Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Our review is based on other Menchie's and the apparent cleanliness of this location in Kingman. We have been by this location roughly 30 times (we live some distance away) and when it was a newer strip mall, this Menchie's would look uninviting. That is our personal opinion, but when there is handprints on the door and yogurt cups left for a number hours outside the front of your store, please consider you will be turning away at least some potential customers.

If you're going to advertise that you open at 10am. You should be open at 10am. Tried to treat my kiddo to a little sweet treat after doing so well at the doctors and waited until 1015. They still weren't open. Disappointing.

Friendly staff, very clean, great selection of flavors, a ton of toppings, and tables inside and out if you want to stay and eat.

Awesome lady helped us as it was our first time visiting. Incredible choices and flavors ! She told us about all the rewards offers , cakes , toppings and etc. Very clean , we will certainly be there more often ! Prices were cheaper than others we tried ,with much more variety !

I got a coupon for my birthday 5.00 off. I was excited I’m a senior and never get to go out. I went in made my yogurt and put my number in and showed the woman behind the counter my coupon said it was on my account. I loaded the app again and nothing was there. It did not have an expiration date and she would not honor it. I walked out. She must now throw the yogurt away instead of making the customer happy for my 70th birthday by honoring my coupon. I will NEVER bring myself or grandchildren here ever. Shame on you.

Awful service! Went inside to get frozen yogurt and no employees were upfront. waited about 10 minutes and still no one came upfront.(must’ve been hiding in the back) Ended up leaving. What a complete joke. Ended up going to Frozen Yogurt. Better service and friendly

I took my family to Menchies Kingman Arizona and had a good time there was this toy your kids can play with and they were really really expensive

Very rude towards children. The staff chastised my son for eating a berry before putting his overpriced ice cream on the scale. Then as we were leaving told me not to let my 1 year old down to walk around in the future. There is literally a toddler play area in the shop. I stood on the play mat to play with him so my teens could eat. We will not be back. They are not family friendly. The employee made us feel awful.

I have never had a customer experience with this place. My first and only experience was two nights ago. I am a driver for Doordash and I was picking up a customers order. There were two young girls...one was checking me out and the other spoke politely.asking me if I had a cold bag which I did not. So I was unable to pick up the order because of that. After the polite one finished talking the other one very rudely says," you could buy one!" Really??? Why don't you buy it for me !!!! Had to give it a star in order to rate.

Whenever our family is in Kingman we always head to Menchie's for some of their sweet treats. Compared to another frozen yogurt places out there, they have the best flavors and candies to add to your order. We make Menchie's our first stop every time we are in Kingman. Ladies at the front counter have always been friendly and quick with their service.

I recently walked into menchies and was not allowed to pick or serve my own 2 samples and the girl poured way too much into the cup to where it was just all in her hand and i had to grab this messy sample cup and am expected to eat it. Im an adult, I can serve my own samples better than the employees. I asked her if I could do my own and she said no, it was for bonding time with the customer. I dont want to bond with your employees while pretending to enjoy sloppy samples. Wont return until this stops.
