I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphere was comfortably casual and very welcoming. The coffee was delicious, and they offered excellent suggestions. The staff was very friendly, I certainly plan to return soon.

Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Only drawback is the street parking on such a busy road. There’s parking across the street if you want and it’s a nice walk. Lots of merchandise as well.

Stopped in from out of town to get some lattes with an extra shot of espresso. Noticed the barista pumping something from an unmarked silver pump into the cups and thought that was odd. Once we tasted the coffee we realized she pumped cold brew into the cups instead brewing espresso and not sure if we were charged for an extra “pump”? rather than shot?? Overall a $16 charge. Went to another coffee shop after and asked about this place - they said it was a common theme they’ve heard. Would recommend training on drinks or the espresso machine as that’s a lot of money to be charged when folks may be in a rush on the road and can’t come back to have it fixed.

They are extremely nice people (two adults in their early 20's). Atmosphere was very clean and modern. And most importantly, the coffee is very good and they had heavy cream available.

Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We walked in and they just stared at us. My iced chi tasted like plain milk. Ordered it with a double shot, not a drop of espresso in it… First coffee shop iv ever been in that didn’t smell like coffee. Not sure what they do there but I don’t think a drop of coffee had been brewed in there…. Tossed it and went somewhere else.

No polite customer service. Seems like the barista despises her job and has a miserable life. Ordered a hazelnut latte & cinnabon breve and received a cup of milk & ice. Enter in your own risk and save your money!!

Very disappointing experience. It took almost 30 minutes to get two coffees (which tasted awful) and a couple of croissants. There were only four in the display, badly presented, and the staff didn’t even know what was in them. They barely warmed them up, and to top it off, the staff were extremely unfriendly. Poor service, low quality, and way too long a wait for something so basic.
