There was hardly any chow Mein it was very disappointing and we did not get the sauce we wanted we live 30 minutes from there and hardly the food was not even enough to cover the bottom of the box very disappointed

As a DoorDasher, I cannot emphasize enough on how poor their customer service was towards us me today. This has happened to me once in the past as well here. An order I was picking up was ready and on the stands there ready for pickup and most of the employees there saw me and knew I was there to pick up a dash order and only ignored me, this went on for several minutes of just being started at and not helped, I decided to pick up the food myself, knowing that I had the correct order and was taking a picture of the receipt. Only for one of the employees that's tall with blond hair and glasses to walk up to me to say I can't do that. But she couldn't walk up to me earlier to give me my order. Us Dashers are not getting paid for waiting long. Plus the customer's food is getting cold the longer it sits there. We take the hit when it's the restaurant's fault. Usually the employees there would quickly come to ask me who am I picking up for but apparently this time they decided to just stare at me waiting there. I would say that the manager has to make sure we're being tended to with the same amount of attention as the regular customers eating there at the restaurant. Had I not gotten the food myself, who knows how long I would've been standing there waiting for an order that was already done and getting colder by the minute.

Went to order it said they were closed then the ladies come on ...the speaker and act like she did not know the closed recording was on ... Was rude about it .... I. Go in at 9pm they close at 11 and was told I couldn’t order a family meal because they’re limited food 2 hours before closing… how do you run out of food 2 hours before closing and not make more! When this panda first opened it was amazing it’s gone down hill and I heard it’s a training site mind blown and sad someone should not be trained to disappoint customers what happen to satisfaction? What a joke even for kingman!

I’ve tried to visit this location twice in the past month during the week and there is a short line without anyone being helped. It’s a poorly managed location. I walked out both times after standing in-line for five minutes and no one in front of me was serviced or acknowledged. Too many other choices available and I won’t be back anytime soon.

Busiest panda I've ever seen. Staff works hard and does their job well. Patrons need some serious improvement, but it's Kingman, so. Staff keeps things moving and clean. Patrons may scratch their ass and touch stuff right in front of you, so keep an eye out for that.
