Papa Johns Pizza

Cashier was cheerful and polite, my order was ready when I arrived. Then it all goes downhill. Crust was hard and they must contract with chef boy ar dee for the sauce cause it tastes like spaghettios. Minimal toppings on the Combo. Barely any ham on the Hawaiian, the cuts of pineapple were miniscule and flavorless .

We ordered and after waiting over an hour after the tracker said it was on its way - I called to find out they delivered to the wrong address and he even stated he had to leave it at the gate due to my dogs. I don’t even have a fence or multiple dogs. Completely disappointed in service because he even tried to argue my address and swore he delivered to me house. If that was the case - he would have known I have no gate after he repeated my address (more then once). I don’t even believe for a minute he actually drove anywhere, let alone my house - someone elsewhere ate at my expense.

There is someone with scraggly hair that also has dirt under its fingernails and walks with a limp at the ripe age of 20 something that might be the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with, and I still don't know if it's a man or a woman. Their main deal is 2 items for $6.99 each, the individual that rang me up told me there was no way to give me that deal but I could wait for their manager to get done taking a shit. So I decided to take my business to Domino's where the young men working there are slightly more competent..

Papa John’s pizza is delicious and always hits the spot! It would be even better if they offered halal options—would love to see that in the menu. Keep up the great work

Eff them and their "rules". They have cost us so much money with their incompetence. Constantly behind on orders, regardless of the day of the week. And I think there's discrimination in getting served here. Going to register a complaint with corporate.

In reading the other one star reviews about this place, I'm surprised they have any business at all.

If corporate cares at all about their brand, I will direct them to these reviews. Also, if the manager is stealing tips, drivers need to direct customers to tip directly and tell them why, and then report the theft to the police.

Have gotten pizza twice within last month and the first time. Just thought it was because they're overly busy that the toppings were cheesy very light second go around. Same thing hardly any toppings and for the price of a pizza nowadays and they say they're over topping them. That's why they are cutting back but for the price of a pizza nowadays, there was nothing wrong with toppings before. It was always an enjoyable experience to get pizza from there. Now not so much. Looks like I'm going back to Domino's

DoorDash drivers do not work for papa John’s nor door dash, door dash drivers are contracted they work for themselves. You can not boss around people who aren’t your employees.

I tried calling to get a pizza to pickup. I did not know the stores address so I could not place an order. I'm sorry, why do I need to know papa John's physical address, am I not calling YOU to place an order!?!?!?

Went all the way up the mountain ?️ from bullhead City jus for ? pizza jus to find out the food program was wrong an they are not a part of it... The EBT. An not even an apology
