Papa Johns Pizza

I never write reviews, but my most recent experience was so bad I have to warn folks. Was told our pizza would be delivered in 45min. Going on an hour and a half now. Papa John’s seems like they are contracting their orders overseas and contracting the deliveries through door dash. Insane. I will never order from Papa John’s again.

Overpriced and terrible pizza. Second time this has happened. Never again.

When ordering online, they force you to leave a tip even for carry out orders. Leaving a tip should always be optional, not forced!

I paid $28 for this pizza and it was horrible and they didn't even cook it they're not cooking the pizza they give it to you raw I just can't believe it I don't have no oven why do you think I go out to eat cuz my oven's broke it was horrible don't go there

Well... Ron was not there so as expected the pizza I ordered sucked! Ordered a Shaq o Roni online with extra cheese and extra cheese on that. The pizza had bubbles and the cheese was not even spread out to the edge. We ended up eating two slices and trashed the rest. What a waste of money ..

The pizza is always made with plenty of toppings. Super delicious!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ordered my pizza at 5:30 on a Friday for pickup and they had it ready within 20 minutes. Even when they are busy the wait time is fair.

Cashier was cheerful and polite, my order was ready when I arrived. Then it all goes downhill. Crust was hard and they must contract with chef boy ar dee for the sauce cause it tastes like spaghettios. Minimal toppings on the Combo. Barely any ham on the Hawaiian, the cuts of pineapple were miniscule and flavorless .

We ordered and after waiting over an hour after the tracker said it was on its way - I called to find out they delivered to the wrong address and he even stated he had to leave it at the gate due to my dogs. I don’t even have a fence or multiple dogs. Completely disappointed in service because he even tried to argue my address and swore he delivered to me house. If that was the case - he would have known I have no gate after he repeated my address (more then once). I don’t even believe for a minute he actually drove anywhere, let alone my house - someone elsewhere ate at my expense.
