Went to pickup carryout thru drive 1 personal pan pizza app said order ready kid at windows says I don't have a order in that name i ask him to lookup again he proceed to hand me pizza in bag sideways and pizza upside down had a 5 for tip since I didn't have money for tip last Tuesday now I know why parking lot in always empty. Won't go there again

This pizza hut is usually pretty decent but tonight I ordered a pizza and wow, talk about horrible. Very undercooked. No flavor. I would much rather of had a frozen pizza. I don't think I've ever had a pizza this bad from anywhere. Need to do better.

Claimed they couldn't make delivery because I didn't know zip code, wound up cancelling order. Poor service period

Worse pizza ever it's crust is Not hand tossed it's hard like Walmart frozen pizza crust like hard cardboard on the bottom crust hardly any toppings sausage was bad and that sauce isn't pizza hut sauce tastes terrible I waisted 50.00 and the wings are frozen crunchy chicken nuggets hard as a rock almost chipped my tooth This is NOT nor Taste's like pizza hut! In Name Only! Don't waste your money ! By the time I ordered the pizza and. Burnt wings it was only about 6 minutes! One person was working, next time I will buy a Walmart frozen pizza it's cheaper than getting the same thing from them ! So disappointed!

I generally have no issues with this location. Although, this past weekend was least of a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! I placed my order as I had done over the past. I received a text message stating door dash had been picked up and the time it was arriving to me. Which would had been appropriately 20mins from the time I ordered. After 30 minutes or so, I received another text message saying that my order was picked up and should be arriving in a few minutes. These text messages I received gave me a number to call to confirm with my driver ( they did not). Appropriately an hour I called the store directly and spoke to someone that said they apologized for the mix up and it had been resolved, my order is in route. Mind you I am less than 10 minutes away. Then appropriately 20mins passed and my order hadn't been delivered. Thinking maybe due to a issue of my location or unforseen road hazard may had occurred I called the store again. My calls were not being answered and or hung up on. This had me frustrated. I called the order number and explained my problem and was transferred to the manager department, once again my call went unanswered. Then after appropriately 1 3/4 hours I placed a call back to the store and spoke to the same person and she apologized again for the mix up and reassured me that my order was arriving any time. That due to the situation it would be free of charge. I responded that I was thankful. Now 2 days later I find out that my account was charged doubled and yes I was refunded the amount... for one order! This is not except able to me. So I again called the store several times and my calls are unanswered. Again I called the order number and was transferred to the manager and unanswered. I am going to continue to call until I get some real results. Only because I am not happy with the way I was being treated and ignored. This is a update: after a few more calls to the store and not having them answered 😑, I proceeded to contact pizza hut located on stockton. I am glad to announce that I have finally been able to resolve my issue. According to the manager she stated that door dash had my order and was out some time then "for whatever reason canceled my order". That door dash was supposed to credit my account for the mix up. I have been credited by the store for an amount to use within 30 days and she is going to contact door dash to find out the issue on which they hadn't followed through. Regardless of whether door dash was the actual reason for this or not I cannot say, if so, being my first time using, I am DEFINITELY NOT fond of it.
This was the worst pizza . . . Ever! Ordered the 7 item deal. I got a thin crust pizza and paid an extra money for addition topping. The pizza had no crust even for a thin, toppings didn't even go on half the pizza. It's was absolutely terrible. Do not order pizza from any pizza hut from Kingman, AZ.

I would give zero stars if I could.ordered 2 pizzas online it says 30 minutes for pick up we get there and they can't even find our order then they found it said it would be another 30 minutes...so after another 10-15 I checked to see how it's going girl says it was in the oven about another 10 minutes goes by and she tells me she made a mistake it wasn't my order in the oven.i demanded a refund and the manager came up had no apology and wad rude to us this Pizza Hut is horrible

We ordered a pizza, cheeze sticks, cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter of pepsi to be delivered at 5:38pm and the delivery time was 6:20 and around 6:50 is when we got the notification that our order was delivered (we did contactless delivery) our main door was open so if anyone would come up we would have known if someone was there ...come to find out they delivered to the wrong address without double cheking their ticket to make sure it was the right address its an apartment conplex so thats the first thing you should do is double check it, even triple check it and if confused or lost maybe call the number on the order to make sure youre getting the right address. I totally undertand that you might be busy but your job is to pay attention to WHERE customers are if you are delivering ESPECIALLY if they prepaid if it was cash than whatever they will say they didnt order it but if its prepaid and you show up and they dont answer than CALL THEM and if they do not answer GO BACK TO THE STORE!! Dont just leave it on the doorstep because we lost out on good food because of KAREN whuch was the delivery driver for us tonight...yes we got a refund but i dont think it was enough
We got a pizza from Pizza Hut tonight and let me tell you this is the best pizza I've had in a very long time I was very impressed I just want the manager at the Stockton Hill Pizza Hut to know what a good job she did thank you

My brother ordered delivery, paid extra for sauces that we didn’t get. Tried calling store ironically his number goes straight to beeping when we get connected. Called from mine, they won’t answer phones. We didn’t get the receipt and our delivery driver was a door dasher, didn’t get a receipt and she told us that Pizza Hut was refusing to give us our drinks until she said she wasn’t leaving without our complete order. Pizza Hut is lousy! I stick to dominos usually and for now on I’ll never order anything from Pizza Hut. Ridiculous!!!!! Also why did a door dasher deliver when we ordered straight from Pizza Hut!? Pizza Hut is putting in DoorDashes and not even using their delivery system? Be so for real. And my food is soggy? Entirely disappointed. Didn’t even touch my food.

Been going through pizza hut for a minute and now they want to screw a loyal customer over 13 dollars that was taken out of my bank account I have previous order paid through them and a bank statement proving I was charged straight onions and unprofessional. All they had to do is fix there mistake from the first order now there trying to double charge.
