Tried using the drive through. Waited a minute didn't see any employees. Honked and waited a few more and still no service. Had to go inside to get my food. What's the point of a drive thru if nobody is servicing it?

Worst customer service ever on top of having me wait 20minutes, I was the only one there after taking order they said 1 hr wait. I'm sorry not the type to ever leave bad reviews but this is not the first time their customers service is horrible.

The pizza is really good. That box dinner deal is great - 2 pizzas, bread sticks and either pasta or wings.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Myself and my family were moving all day and decided to get pizza for dinner. My dad ordered 3 pizzas online and when my mom went to pick up the order, it was wrong. The guy at the counter stated that there was nothing wrong with what was given and then started getting disrespectful with my mom when she stated that was not what wasordered. When she stated this, he started yelling at her telling her she needs leave. When my mom told him that the pizzas that were ordered were a special on their site, he said that they don’t do specials online and the site is not theirs so they don’t honor the deals. My mom then asked for his name and the cooperate number so she can call and make a complaint. He refused to give either. We will never go back to this place again. No one should be disrespected like my mom was just for stating the order was wrong and wanting it fixed.

The managers are rude. Not only to their employees, but also to customers. The bald headed guy has a huge temper problem and the little guy managing is extremely passive aggressive. If they don't want to work, they need to find a different job. Andy devine used to suck and Stockton was good. Since the managers switched stores, it's swapped. Now, I avoid this location like the plague!

It's an awesome little pizza shop with outside dinning.
It's a small store with only one table, so really built for take out. Workers are polite and efficient.Dietary restrictions: I was picking up for someone that has an allergy to tomatoes. They left off the tomato sauce as requested.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Appears to have easy access through the front door for wheelchair, and handicapped parking.

Excellent pizza, breadsticks, pasta, beverages!! Professional customer interaction when requesting specific prep, such as, 'no dust on the breadsticks'. Once, they forgot the 20 oz. Diet Pepsi & I called to ask whynthe 20 oz. Diet Pepsi was not sent when they said they had it in stock?? The Staff member apologized and admitted he forgot to out it in the bag. He quickly sent anot her driver with a 2 liter bottle at no cost, and they removed the beverage from my order. I frequent this Pizza Hut for its close location to my home & especially, for the Honest & Professional, Friendly Staff. Excellent everything!!! Thanks Stockton Hill Road Pizza Hut!

Food was one time and hot, however I asked for one hand toss crust and one pan crust. I got two hand toss crust and they charged me for the pan crust. That's 6.00 extra.
