Ordered the Smasher burgers. Figured try something new. Alas, the burgers I received had absolutely NO lettuce, or tomato. Yet it definitely sho2ed on web site an on menu board that it comes with both. Very disappointed. The fries and onion rings burnt. Even my dogs snubbed their nose over the fries. I hope others have a better experience. The girl at window was very pleasant. The lady who brought food to window was the same one who did the cooking, was.. well less than pleasant. Which I guess is why it was subpar food. Which is a shame being order was over $40.

I just want to say thanks to this Sonic for ripping me off. I ordered a large strawberry shake and come to find out when I got home it was literally half filled with whipped cream. Get yourself some better employees and get rid of the lazy kids.

Haven’t been to this establishment in a while. It used to be so good. Now they serve over cooked fries, and over cooked very old hot dogs to customers. Ordered a triple smash burger only got 2 patties on it. I had to ask for the 4th drink that we ordered as well. When did this establishment go so down hill???

Sat in my truck for 40 minutes. Got told twice they would "be with you shortly." Had to press the button numerous times after it seemingly timed out. Still waiting as i post this.
They need a few spots for full size vehicles. Are the milk shakes made with real ice cream?

Food came out in a timely manner. Card reader was not working, but the purchase was charged inside the building.
Parking: Drive thru wraps around the back of the small building. Plenty of order touchscreens, and a few spots for mobile ordering pick-up.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp for access to the outdoor eating area. Touchscreen menus with accessability buttons at the bottom for navigation.

Enthusiastically pulled in to address my hunger issues. The property appeared clean and well maintained. Order was taken without incident by a friendly, professional and very personable staff member who worked with me as l navigated thru the menu boards. Again and again I find sonic has aggressively raised it's prices, reduced the quality of their offerings, and beaten portion control to death in what can only be described as excessive and unrealistic example of out of control greed-flation. Sonic's fare is no longer worth the price charged. While I love eating here, l just feel totally hosed and taken advantage of when conducting business here.
Good people, good food but questionable business practices that fail to make me believe that my business is wanted or valued.
