1 star is overly generous, I would rate it 0 stars If I could. The store is very dirty, it has me questioning how the conditions are on the inside. Somebody leaked pictures on the inside and boy is it horrendous. Don’t eat here.

I don't think the manager even works here. Multiple employees walking out to have a quick Vape, The Speaker box is broken, and it took 45 minutes in the drive thru, just for two shakes...

First time here. Ordered the $5 hamburger meal. Not impressed at all. Most of the fries were hard or so hard couldn't eat them. bottom of bun was hard. Burger tasted okay but nothing to brag about or want to get another one. Super slow service.

Food is always fresh and hot. Faster service than the other Sonic in Kingman.
Ordered the Smasher burgers. Figured try something new. Alas, the burgers I received had absolutely NO lettuce, or tomato. Yet it definitely sho2ed on web site an on menu board that it comes with both. Very disappointed. The fries and onion rings burnt. Even my dogs snubbed their nose over the fries. I hope others have a better experience. The girl at window was very pleasant. The lady who brought food to window was the same one who did the cooking, was.. well less than pleasant. Which I guess is why it was subpar food. Which is a shame being order was over $40.

I just want to say thanks to this Sonic for ripping me off. I ordered a large strawberry shake and come to find out when I got home it was literally half filled with whipped cream. Get yourself some better employees and get rid of the lazy kids.

Haven’t been to this establishment in a while. It used to be so good. Now they serve over cooked fries, and over cooked very old hot dogs to customers. Ordered a triple smash burger only got 2 patties on it. I had to ask for the 4th drink that we ordered as well. When did this establishment go so down hill???
