Well got there at 7:25 and was informed by the guy working at the Starbucks that they were out of coffee. Huh? He was already closing 35 min before the store hours list that it closes. We'll Starbucks you might want to shut this location down too if your employees can't keep your store open the hours it's supposed to be open for, since Starbucks is having problems with revenues.

Drive-thru service is terrible as usual. Long wait times, incorrect orders, mostly obnoxious personnel. I ordered a Venti CM, server tried giving me a Grande. I've never ordered a Grande of anything. All the server could say was good bye. I had to park, go inside, get a Mgr to reverse the charges. No sorries, no offer to make a Venti....nothing !

I had the starbucks app and it was my birthday and could not get a frer drink drink due to not using it enough. I come all the time and may not use it but still come quite often. Trevor was no help. Guess they don't care or accommodate their customers here. I will be going to Dutch bros from now on.

I don't drink hot water that is passed over burnt beans and flavored with stuff swept up from the floor of a butcher shop. If you like drinking dirty water with someone else's vomit in it, drink it.
