I have ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso 3 times through a delivery app. 2 of the 3 times, my Venti cup wasn't full. There is no "soft top" or whipped cream on this drink, and I did not ask for light or no ice. I had called to talk to the manager because it's kind of ridiculous that I'm paying a lot of money for this drink, and they don't even fill the cup. The manager was apologetic and said she understood. She would be upset, too. She told me to come in and she'd make it right. I rarely go into Starbucks because the parking lot is a mess, so I told her I just wanted her to be aware that they aren't filling the cups and that I wasn't expecting a free drink or anything. Well, just 2 days ago, I did go into Starbucks and ordered the same drink. I have attached a picture of what I got. I absolutely love this drink but I will not be going back to Starbucks anymore. I'm not going to pay a high price and tip, just to get half of what I pay for.

I live in Ohio and my 97 year-old grandmother and 74-year-old mother who cannot drive live in Kingman. DoorDash didn’t offer an item that my mom desperately needed for her cappuccinos that she makes at home, and Starbucks was unable to take a payment over the phone to send with my DoorDash. I still ordered two lattes for the old ladies. Two their excited eyes was a surprise from Starbucks. Thank you, Tina. You were amazing and five star customer service, you made two old ladies ecstatic! From Ohio to Kingman, Arizona Starbucks, you get my five stars!

sweetest lil starbucks staff ever, i invaded this cafe to do online work for a couple days and they were all so friendly AND had good attitudes even though they were busting ass the whole time, bless up
Very busy on a Sat morning. Drink was good, but staff struggled to keep up with orders. Overall a good experience, just took loner than it should have.
