They are SOOOOOOOOO slow. They’re too busy messing around and taking their time chatting to help customers in line waiting to order. So ridiculously frustrating. What ever happened to decent customer service?

I've visited this location several times over the last month. Service has always been good and I get my coffee fast even though they are very busy throughout the day. Minus a star because most of the time when I come in, I smell dirty burning ovens instead of coffee. The environment is a little on the grungy side compared to every Starbucks I've been to. This location could use a thorough cleaning one day SOON.

I went in yesterday to the Starbucks in Kingman for the 1st time. I’m traveling through. I was very disappointed with the attitude with the girl at the register. I didn’t get her name but she had tats all over her arms. She did not greet me and was very unfriendly. I ordered a strawberry ? frappe and they were out of the syrup. I ordered another drink. I’m used to friendly service at Starbucks and she was not it! The atmosphere was a bit strange. One of the dude employees was freaking out because he was overwhelmed with all the timers and buzzing going off. Another dude dressed like a woman was odd. The place itself was fine, however, I just had a problem with the lack of customer service.

The only problem with this Starbucks is the difficulty in finding available seats because of all the people spending the day there doing work or school.
This is a pretty standard Starbucks experience. The bathroom is a little dirty, but not so bad that you don’t want to use it. Very friendly staff.

They did me right after getting a burnt DoorDash delivery. I was so sick all during the holidays. I had to have food delivered for my son. 15 days later when I was feeling better I went in not even remembering who I talked to. Thank you

This Starbucks location has only ever given me a positive experience.Great food and drinks, and when you ask for extra of something they absolutely deliver and don't seem stingy compared to most other locations i've visited. The drinks have always been prepared correctly and aren't lacking in flavor. The food is presented properly and warmed, where as at other locations i've been handed a sandwich cold and wrapped in plastic. Additionally, I've continuously been met with kind customer service. Most employees seem well mannered and will help you out if asked.The drive thru line does seem pretty long but that is typical of every Starbucks i've been to. I typically mobile order so I personally haven't had issue with that.
