The coffee was great but extremely hot. For some reason the lid on my husband's cup came off and he got a burn when the coffee sloshed out. The cup seemed to keep bending when holding allowing the lid to come off and the coffee to spill. My cup did not do that.
I do not believe they train the new barista as they should. Have gone here since it opened, but rarely go now. My orders are 8 of 10 times made incorrect, and it wasn't customized! I have been told 3 times now...."We don't have decaf", "we're a coffee shop we serve coffee not decaf".After reading that, can you honestly say they were trained at all?
Shelly was the only one work and she was doing a phenomenal job. Kept a smile on her face and worked as fast as she could with the customers.I ordered a new drink and she was more than happy to make it and it came out amazing.
