Came in for lunch yesterday and a Girl with extension braids was very rude with an attitude, she rushed me through the line and did not listen to me because she was so worried about helping some guy who was behind me! When I addressed that I did not receive the same treatment as the man behind me she rolled her eyes and shoved my sandwhich down the line to the girl who was already making one so that I could sit there ignored as she proceeded to help the man in line behind me! Do better! every customer and sale should matter not just your boyfriends!

Awful service. Line so long people walked out. Only register crashed while checking out and took 5 minutes to restart. Used an entire 30 minute lunch break just to get 1 sandwich, which was then cold by the time i purchased it, without being able to use the gift card which was the only reason i came in in the first place.

Alexis and Emily were both AMAZING! They both have great customer service and both made coming here a great idea lol I was debating on where I wanted to grab a bite and they made choosing this specific subway totally worth it! Keep up the great work girls! I will definitely be coming back. These girls are the best employees of all the subways I've ever been too!!

I love the sandwichs so much and I only go to the one on Stockton hill avenue.
Very poor customer service unless you are friends with the workers. I started off being helped until a friend of the employees came in and my order just sat on cutting board until they finished up with their friends order so I left and will not go there again.
