Very poor customer service unless you are friends with the workers. I started off being helped until a friend of the employees came in and my order just sat on cutting board until they finished up with their friends order so I left and will not go there again.

The two young men who work here, Jacob and I can't remember the other guy's name are adorable. Great service even though I came in 20 minutes before closing time.

We told what sandwiches we wanted. The first lady started the order, the 2nd lady asked the SAME questions. Then she asked again, by this time, we were like, OK, for the 3rd time, I want just what the sandwich comes with! She started comparing the sandwich NUMBER 23 comes with this and the NUMBER 18 comes with something else. I asked for number 23 because that's what I want! Just what comes on it! So, when we started eating, noticed, she loaded jalapeños on the Spicy Italian! It DOESN'T COME WITH JALAPEÑO! Don't trust the little old ladies behind the counter! Wow, customer Service backlash?! Take THAT!
Came in ordered the boss and a custom sandwich for my girl, jacob who made our food and took my order was AMAZING! He made me laugh while also making sure my order was right, i was having a bad day and JACOB made my day better at the end of the night. Thank you so much

Usually the sandwiches are really good but this time something on the sandwiche tasted rotten not sure if it was one of the vegetables like tomatoes or if the chicken was not good was no teriyaki sauce and no mayo I can Usually taste them both but it was the nastiest sandwich I have gotten from there.
