Cheap food, i mean cheap as in not enough product in them. I could barely see the meat in my taco or chalupa. I asked the manager if this taco looked correct and she said yes but the shell shouldn't be broken so she made another taco.i told her dont bother, won't be back, gave the rest of my food to a lady on the corner.

I come here on weekends 4 hour drive for visitation with my son till courts proceedings are done. I arrive Friday nights about 11 to 2 am next day depends, I usually stop here because not many places open anyways I always get a steak quesadilla, EVERYTIME my cheese is not melted at all and I’m eating in my car it’s not like I can go find a microwave so very disappointing, anyways last weekend I had called in once again my quesadilla cheese is not melted like I don’t understand I even ask them please just make sure told they would make it right come back in of course I told them I’m heading out and just won’t have time they stated no worries when I come back to town, anyways fast forward to today I tried to go redeem my free replacement and Fernando the manger told me no had to be within three days? Well why wasn’t I told that? And then I asked for cooperates number he told me that I could look it up my self then gave me an incorrect HR number so we will see if the district manager calls me back or not. And I had to fight a billion times to get the managers name that told me this today. this is disgusting and definitely not good service at all…

The majority of the time I wanna say the food is pretty decent but half the time when I get chalupas the damn shell is stale???? A chalupa is very expensive. If im going to be spending money like that for fast food I'd like my food to be fresh.
