9/26/25 7:45 am went to the walk up window, asked how much it was for shots answered my question with they replied, how many shots you want I explained to him you didn’t answer my question then I asked him how much was an Americano I couldn’t order my drink and I wouldn’t order my drink because I needed to know what I was gonna pay additional for the shots that I were going to buy so I left and went to Starbucks. I’ve been to Miami Chicago Detroit, all across the the United States of America in when asking, how much is it for shots every place is different so I walked away from the window and went to Starbucks. You can’t even get a simple answer when ordering shots the lady at Starbucks I asked her the same question. She said it would be 1.25 to add shots to your drink or a single shot would be 3. 25. I said thank you and ordered my drink and added my shots. Thank you Starbucks for answering my question just think America with all the colorful hair they have up in there you would think I asked him. How do they identify when ordering coffee?😹😹😹😹😹😹😹 it got complicated

3/11/2025 Was overcharged $2.00 tip I did not put In writing and reported to corporate business and my bank.this adds up to alot of money if doing to all customers?
Worst coffee I’ve ever had! I ordered a latte and got a cup of the weakest coffee with no steamed milk in it. It was so hot, almost to boiling, it burned my tongue. Hours later my tongue still hurts. Horrible!

The service is Fast but the coffee (Cappuccino) is waste of money and time, it feels like drinking Hot Water 😞 No Taste neither the Espresso Traveling on I-40 took the stop over for coffee but what a disappointment
