It's weird to me as an Alaskan that it's a combo shop with Dunkins but the employees are rad and they have a fantastic selection. Definitely worth a stop

They don't always carry Rocky Road...so be prepared to be disappointed if that's what you're craving.

We decided at the last minute to do an ice cream cake. I asked if it was possible to get a huge cake for the next day and even though they were short staffed they made it happen. The decorator came in early just to help us out and the cake turned out perfect! Thank you!!

We got our donuts right away. Had to wait on our milkshakes. The screen said 11 associates working. We saw a few doing most of the work. $9 large amd $8 medium vanilla milkshake, not worth it. Enjoy!

We went in for ice cream and was severely disappointed. Lack of flavors. So we ended up buying doughnuts. Sure miss the 31 flavors.

How do you get 3 stars out of 5 for an ice cream shop.Oh, maybe it's because you only have half of your flavors available in your display case. It's 8pm and you close at 9pm. Your clerk says the other flavors are not available. Hmmm... You paid a lot of money I'm sure for this franchise. Maybe it's time to escape.. Because you're running a pretty sloppy business....Shame on you....

I have not been to this store in two years. There was no flavors there anymore that I usually like to get. I complained to HQ but apparently the manager did not listen. I see most of the reviews about this particular franchise are not good . Go to the one in Bullhead City if you want a good selection of flavors. Service is usually friendly but the selection in the LHC store is terrible.

They were rude and horrible experience. How do u have a menu with no flavors and get mad when I ask what flavors you have??

Not a great first experience at this store. No choice of waffle cones. Waffle cone stale. Dude had something hanging from his glove while scooping. Very sparse flavor selection. I tend to agree with another review that the focus of this store is on the donut side. Could be poor management. The plus side was a nice patio style sitting area outside. That is so nice when the weather allows. Tables weren't clean and well kept; however.

Great ice cream. Great service.
