Now……I’m a big fan of Burger King. I think they have the best coupons and deals online and in print. But , this one always makes me wonder.
This trip. Dining room was closed. The order menu and mic were closed and had to order at the pickup window. Took a very long time. Ok. Food was still good. Used my coupon. But just seems like there is always something every time I go in. Used to in once a week.
Now is once a month. I’m rooting for them. I am. Cause the food is always good. But, the other areas need work. I will go back. Cause I have my coupons.

I ordered the logo cheeseburger, small ones. I ordered 2 of them, so 4 small double cheeseburgers. 4.79 per 2. And a dr pepper. It was 13 and change. I got 2 cheeseburgers and a drink. Complained and got 1.82 credited, how is that ok? I don't complain, yet here we are...

The young man who was working the register and making food was polite had great customer service and was very engaging! The food was delicious and the service made it better

Ordered 3 different burgers, none of them were correct, very disappointing. All cold including the fries. Poor service, they need new employees/staff.

I ordered a door dash while it said that the store was opened they canceled my order and turned the driver away. I then called to ask what the reason was they said it was closed and that “the drivers should know.” I said, “this isn’t the first time you’ve refused my orders.” They then said, “well the store is closed.” I have had many many bad experiences with this store and have little to no quality customer service. This is unacceptable for a franchise that is supposed to be a family place. There has been many times where I have had the cashier and grill workers screaming at one another or just standing around doing nothing while there was a line. Many dashers have contacted me letting me know that the order was going to take a while because of that. However the nice young man who answered the phone this time was very kind and understanding of why I was upset even though his manager or whoever the lady was in the background was saying rude things.

Terrible customer service. It took forever to place our order and receive the food. Hamburgers were cold. Milkshake machine wasn’t working. A simple lunch was a terrible experience.

2nd time I have pulled in and seen workers inside and drive up to the drive thru and nothing waited 5 mins pulled around and see someone behind the counter never again will I go there

Service at this place is next to none. We ordered on the app so we could grab it and go. Get to the drive through window and they say a few more minutes it’ll be done and to please wait in the parking lot. Ok no problem. 10 or so minutes go by and I’ve seen people come and go from inside and drive through. I finally go inside and stand at the counter for 5 or more minutes until I’m finally noticed. And they handed me my order and forgot my wife’s until I mentioned it. I don’t think the guy even knew I had been waiting outside and the lady from the drive through wouldn’t even look at me.

Not sure what the problem is here, but I’d appreciate not being delayed like that again. They just seemed to not care very much.

It seems as if there really buzy. I went there last unite and waited 30 mins in the drive thru and no one answer me. This was 7/30/2024 at 8pm. I left because I'd work 16 hours doing the polls and really wanted a whopper. I had been wanting it prior to leaving after polls close. But I didn't get it due to no it seems was there. So I left. Even on other times ive had to wait a while. You might be only person there but they act as if there so swamped. I really like burger king but don't like the wait times for this one!

Owner needs to step up and run their business. Employees can’t seem to get orders right, takes excessively too long to fill orders, doesn’t send complete orders via DoorDash. Why but into a franchise if you don’t care how it’s run?? Hire real employees and take your business seriously. Probably doesn’t care because it Havasu and that’s just how it is. Multiple times this has happened.
