Fat, ghetto and disgustingly rude employees, waited 20 minutes for two burgers and they came out cold when I asked for a refund she said she needed my receipt… but she never gave me a receipt because she was too busy yelling at her coworker that she wanted to go home?? These have to be the trashiest people in all of Havasu DONT EAT HERE THERE PEOPLE CANT EVEN TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES

Took exactly 20 minutes to get my order, which they screwed up and had to do again so it was another 10 minutes to remake it, so literally over 30 minutes to get my breakfast order. I think the crew means well but they just can’t get their act together.

I have to say it’s been awhile since I’ve gone to burger king, i used to like it as a kid but i noticed something changed with the burgers. I thought as i got my burger that i once liked so much it was one of my favorite places. I noticed my burger was full of mayo and sometimes too much ketchup, and i wonder why did it have so much mayonnaise if i haven’t asked for mayonnaise, i said to myself i think this is what has changed the taste of the burgers. So i asked for a burger with no mayonnaise and wow!! Did it make a big change!! I would definitely advise for the mayonnaise to not be added unless if the costumer wants it!! The amount of mayonnaise is ruining the taste of the burger, if they do this burger king will come back to what it was once!! I love your burgers bit having to take off the mayonnaise every-time i order can be a mistake that i make it not taking away. So it would be better to not add it and make it an option instead!!

Not worth the prices anymore. The veggies they put on the burgers are laughable lately. Two tomato slices the size of quarters and half a piece of lettuce.
I came here to twice so far for dinner. I have always gone through the drive-thru and it has never been busy. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and a large meal. dipping sauce and a 2-liter. Once I placed my order, I only had to wait for a few minutes at the service window as they had to make fries each time. The staff was friendly and informed me of the wait for the fries instead of keeping me wondering. The place looked fairly clean from the outside. There was parking outside. The food is what you'd expect from other Burger Kings. I'd come back just because of the proximity to the hotel I frequently use.

Wow. I had already checked in with the girl on the register. When I guess the manager came to help, she was short with long dark hair and tattoos on her face. I noticed that my 2 orders were ready, so I repeated to her. She just about jumped down my throat telling me I needed to give my name. I said that I had already done that. If she is what Burger King thinks customer service is, then this might be why Burger King is struggling (failing)

Tried to walk In to order and not an employee in sight. Waited at the counter for 2 minutes and walked out. Absolutely pathetic….. won’t be
