Ohmigosh, what good food we had here tonight! We took it home to go and the flavors were just so good. This is sort of a fast food place with full restaurant flavor. The people are kind and helpful and the restaurant was clean. What more can you ask? We will be back again!

I have been eating healthy for the past five years: zero sugar, and mostly (at home) organic fruits and vegetables. I moved to Havasu in 2023 from San Diego. At the time of my move, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to replace my favorite Mexican food restaurant in San Diego with a new one in Havasu. I used to frequent my San Diego Mexican restaurant four times a week, and I had a personal relationship with the owner after many conversations over the years about the quality of their steak/carne asada, which was phenomenal!

Fast forward to now, living in Havasu—I eat at “The Burrito Shak” three to four times a week because of the quality and taste of their food! If anyone doubts whether I’m particular about what I put into my body, let me explain my son’s diet (he joins me at The Burrito Shak): my 19-year-old son has never eaten at McDonald’s, Burger King, or Taco Bell.

I ordered chicken burrito. It was way too salty and saucey. Tortilla was good. It was very clean and friendly staff. I will come back but try steak in stead.

Had their Aloha Burrito and it was pretty damn good. Very flavorful and you can taste the individual ingredients. Great tasting burrito.

Soooo Happy with our Catering from today! Employees are always happy and helpful as soon as you walk in. The food was ready before pickup time and everything was well organized and ready for the car ride. There were so many compliments from the team about how tasty and fresh the food was. Just got home from eating there. Very disappointed by the food. We got two carne asada cali burritos one with double protein and it cost us $35 which is fine, but the burritos were cold, not lukewarm, but actually cold. The tortilla wasn’t even heated up properly and it was flavorless. I ate in store but was too tired and hungry from the day to even ask them to remake it and didn’t want to go somewhere else and also hate having to do that. Just overall extremely disappointed in the food but my belly is full at least.
