I'm originally from out of town, but decided to stop in and have a burger. I was having an issue with the app, and Amy and Jenn helped resolve the issue with grace and a very great attitude! It really makes my day when I go to a fast food place and the people are patient and very kind! If I lived in the area, I would be coming here quite frequently!

If it was possible to leave zero I would. Even when you are the only car, the drive through wait is longer than inn n out at its busiest. The employees are the worst and your order is rarely correct on top of it all. Terrible experience ever time. Which is sad because I love Carl's.

DO NOT GO HERE! Carl's Jr. should be embarrassed to have their name on this place. Waited over 20 minutes for three chicken tenders ordered in the drive thru. Finally just left. If you're that far behind put a sign at the beginning of the drive thru. OR BETTER YET, CLOSE!!
They are always so friendly and always get my order right, i come here all the time, the food is amazing! Helen is always so sweet and kind! She’s always making sure the food is good and i get the food cheap with the app!

Helen is awesome. She went the extra mile. We placed an online order & accidentally clicked on the wrong store location. She called & got our order to the correct store. She even upgraded our order with no extra charge.
