Place was dirty, trash cans full of trash ,tables needed to be cleaned. Not the same place that opened up

One of the messiest and dirtiest chipotles I have been to. The staff was friendly. The food did not seem very fresh and the place was a mess.

Oh it was good ....the drinks are awesome .....fruity variety..watermelon, mandarin etc.

Their soda machine was broken and they didn’t tell us until our order was complete. They were out of sour cream. They were not busy so the carnitas were a poor flavor. The music was the reason for how loud the place was. Not the people. The people were fairly rude.

The 3 ladies that helped me were AMAZING. When I got up to the cashier to pay their system went down and they did tell me a few times that it will take about 2-3 mins and I was ok with that so I will wait. Then the system came up but the card reader wouldn’t work and the cashier tried and tired and you can tell she felt bad. So for me not to wait anymore she told me that I was fine and I can go. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes so I told her that I will be eating there and to let me know when it’s working and to come get me and she said no you are fine enjoy. She did not have to do that but she did. That is excellent customer services because she saw the situation and made a decision for her customer. The food was perfect. There are still amazing people here and they are at our Chipotle.

Service here is absolute trash, especially before 2pm. Young lady on front line in the morning is rude to customers and will roll her eyes at even the slightest request. On the other hand, it would be amazing to go for dinner and they actually have food to serve their customers. Such a poorly managed establishment.

Food's ok. A little messy on the burrito end. But, I've seen other vomit-looking dishes with too much overall...overkill! You throw half of it away. Certainly wouldn't want to eat it at home later. Appetite for destruction! My gf loves it more than I.

I love chipotle but not the one located in Lake Havasu!!! I went 3x last month and they were out of almost everything!! It’s not right to pay full price for them to be out of beans, allot of the meat choices, cheese, lettuce, and pico salsa!!!! I got a bowl of rice, dried out meat, and spinach salad as a topping!!! The least the manager can do is put up a sign letting customers know, before they get to the front of the line!!! But the manager doesn’t seem to care if we stand in line and find out we are going to have very limited choices!!! If it happened once, I can deal with that, but 3x in several weeks is ridiculous!!!!!! Poor Management skills if you ask me!!

I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Went to chipotle last night at about 8:30 and around 2am my stomach had felt the worst it’s ever felt. Threw up all night, stomach hurt to bad I couldn’t fall asleep. I’ve also had 2 friends in the past 2 months get the same thing after eating at this chipotle. I should’ve paid attention to them and not gone here.

This is an exceptionally good Chipotle. The food is always good quality and quantity. The folks working are super nice. It’s never too busy like a most Chipotles in big cities. Ive been to hundreds of Chipotles all over the country for many years and this is one of the best locations Ive been to. Its also one of the best options for affordable and healthy food in this entire town.
