4 of us got the double burger. They were way over cooked, burnt and crispy—awful. I called the manager and told her we were wondering what they are doing different because the burgers were awful—she said “Gotchya”. Crazy responds after a customer complaint.

The drive thru was a lot slower than normal for a fast casual restaurant. The food was delicious! Overall it was a good experience. It just took a long time.
I went to the drive through and 2 other people ordered while I just sat there. So I went inside and 5 of the 10 employees just standing around. Talked to someone about it and just didn't care. Bummer... I won't be back.

Went through the drive through. Onion rings and burger patties were burnt beyond recognition. Sadly didn't realize this until we got home. Also left items off order. Was first and last time going there
