Ordered an icecream with chocolate sauce. The employees noticed it was at the end and very goey. Owner said use it for me, the customer, than throw the remainder away. Get a fresh one for next day. WOW

Great people! Hardworking. Friendly. They goofed up my order a little. But it was a large order and the mistake was understandable. Fixed it for me right away. I went at 7:30am on a Sunday and was a little disappointed in the lack of availability of a variety of donut options.

Went thru the drive thru wednesday aug 20 at 9:40am. the girl at the window was unfriendly and rude. i watched her be friendly with the car in front of me and then when i pull up she wouldn’t look at me or say hello after i said good morning to her. not a good representation of your location. (i ordered a dozen donuts variety) No napkins or receipt was given to me after i used my credit card

The dunkin' Donuts was connected to Baskin-Robbins & that was THE BEST COMBO EVER. It was less than .5 mile away from our resort & desert was on the menu. Those who didn't want Ice Cream got Dunkin.
We will start with no cinnamon raisins bagel then I asked for iced decaf coffee . Even dbl checked at window was told yes Later driving to another town fo I start to gitter because it's not decaf ,(
When a guest asks for decaf it's for a reason very disappointed after I said no caffeine please it makes me sick

We don’t have a Dunkin back home so we visited this one several times during our trip. Every single time, they messed up. This last time they just didn’t cook our food, and after 20 minutes we asked where it was and they said they never got it in the back. The worker made a snide comment at us as we walked out after getting a refund. The whole time we were waiting, the workers (including the manager) were making very crude and belittling comments to the customers.

They almost managed to get everything on the order incorrect. Went inside and ordered at the counter, a $6 meal deal and iced mocha. Asked for no cheese on the sandwich and to have it on an English muffin. We got the sandwich without sausage on a croissant handed to us (I have a dairy allergy and can't eat the croissant). And the iced mocha was up charged to a signature drink for some reason. I asked to get the sandwich on an English muffin and they switched it out but still didn't have any sausage. Both workers looked like they hated working there and the atmosphere felt dead

Everything on the order they got incorrect. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and asked for a sausage egg English muffin without cheese and they just gave him a sandwich with just an egg on it. I ordered an iced mocha and they gave me the signature coco mocha latte which I did not ask for. Terrible service.
