Horrible counter service. Stood there for almost 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or the guy who walked in after me. Had to ask if they were doing counter service to get anyone’s attention. Will be going to donut post next time. It was my first time going to Dunkin. It will be my last. And the filled donut, lemon specifically had maybe a tablespoon of filling in a good sized donut. All dough. Never again Dunkin’

Went into Dunkin this morning was an employee using inappropriate language loud enough I could hear her from across the store. Was greeted when I entered the store, but they continue to take drive-through orders and then take mine ended up walking out and leaving.

Our Dunkin sucks… they never have anything, especially seasonal stuff, the food is always either undercooked or burnt, every single time I’ve gotten a matcha they make it absolutely terribly… truly disheartening since I’m such a Dunkin girly, but I’ve unfortunately found myself avoiding ours bc it’s always terrible

They focus on the drive-through, so I would recommend not going inside the facility as the service is subpar at best. They need more help! The food was so so and the coffee was terrible!

Was in there for a Ice cream cup from 31 flavors aka Baskin-Robbins. Was really refreshing to stop by due to it still being ridiculously hot outside. I'm so done with this heat! It's October for God's sake.

I've ordered them via door dash a few times and regret it nearly every time. They either don't follow instructions on the sandwich or the large coffee I order is half empty... horrible.
