What can I say I Love Dutch Bros

The drinks were great!

Dutch bros really need’s to work on their attitudes especially the “Broistas” making the drinks. Everytime you go to the window, they ignore you and make it awkward till they silently hand you your drink. Today was sticker day and the car in front of me got a sticker cause they knew the Broista but they didn’t give me one. Their sliders are not worth the price either. They’re so small, just go to McDonald’s or Human Bean.

This has been my 5th time at this location and the vibes are there. I love it and would gladly choose this location over all the others I have went to. I do have a question, is the straw theory true?😂 Asking for a friend 😬

Olivia provided me with excellent customer service as I walked up. Encourage me to download the app so I can get points. She said I get a free medium drink and she wanted above and beyond and made me a large drink as a courtesy to me I would highly recommend coming to this Dutch Bros.

They are always fun and upbeat! Drinks are always good. I feel like you better value here too!

Kinda hit and miss..and thats a bummer. One day, awesome coffee...next day its not great .. def on the pricey side. I'd have no problem paying if the drink i order tastes the same no matter what. Same for the energy/ lemonade drinks. Went 3 days in a row and not the same.

Delicious drink but the server talked for 5 minutes to the guy ahead of us. He just waited until there was a big line and then came out to do his job instead of taking orders as we drove up. That was annoying.

I'd always heard of Dutch Bros but never actually had anything from there until we got the Havasu location, and they don't disappoint. Drinks are about as pricey as others, but you get more drink and less ice, and everything is good. They have some amazing flavor combinations, staff is friendly, and they move quickly. I also feel like their rewards program is great. I don't go here super often because eating/getting coffee or energy on the go is more of a once in a while splurge as opposed to an everyday or even weekly thing, and even still my points add up for me to get something pretty quick because they have bonus point offers from time to time that really give your account a boost. Even with the extreme heat we get in the summer, when the line starts filling out extra attendants knock it down quick and now that they have order ahead as an option it's even quicker.

The lady that gave me my drink was so rude!! Will never come back here ever again... my wife was even shocked by how rude the lady was. Dark-haired and heavier set woman!!
