Been going for years, line out the door before, not so much anymore. Smaller sandwiches, bigger prices, not nearly as good as it was. It's sad we went more than once a week I dont think I'm going back.

Worst sub I've ever had! In the past, their subs were great. But this time, it was very dry with minimal fixings and some missing altogether.

This place must have a new owner, my husband and I used to come here for sandwiches and we just ordered a Togo got home and couldn't even find the meat in our subs .. I guess if you consider one slice of meat and one slice of cheese a sub this is the place for you! Not to mention paying almost nine bucks for what now is bread! Just go to fat sub!

Won't be back to what use to be our favorite sandwich shop!!! Is one micro-thin slice of turkey all the better you can do? All of our friends will be hearing of our misadventure! Incidentally, someone is going to fall and get seriously injured getting into the building from the back parking lot on Jay's Way.
We were told this was a must stop in Havasu and we have to agree! Great service, clean place. Tons of options. The Pastrami was so good. They even have gluten free subs which is much appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Owner is a jerk, I could tell how on edge his employees can get when he's around. They way he takes over orders and answers the phone is a joke and an insult to everyone. Food quality has pretty much stayed the same as before but I'll stop going here for awhile and try other places.

No.. nobody made anything right. I'm also not quite sure of what procedure that would make a sandwich look like that.... No meat and green smear for avocado! I understand cutting costs, but not at the customers expense like this. Sorry, it's a sad situation for what use to be our go to place for an awesome sandwich.
