El Pollo Loco

Food is always great. Employees are very nice. I have yet to get a correct order. Triple check it. Every time it’s been wrong. It’s pretty annoying.

Just not into El Pollo Loco. Nothing wrong with this spot vs any other El Pollo Loco. The menu is odd and the food just isn't that special. Clean the menu up and make better food.

I visited for the first time today to order a salad. Despite there being approximately 15 employees present—many of whom were socializing, laughing, —no one acknowledged or began preparing my order. After waiting for some time, I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my food. The employee there laughed and went to the back, after which a gentleman informed me it would be ready in 3 minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for a simple salad, with no other customers ahead of me. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disappointing, especially for a first-time experience.

Doesn't have the shrimp options yet.

Worst place to go their chicken was still raw never going their again

The service was prompt, and the food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the tostada. The lobby was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 Double Chicken Tostada salads with extra dressing for each. My bill was $42.61. It was August 20 at 11:57 the name Andrea is on my receipt. I should have known when she didn't understand what I was ordering that I wouldn't get what I ordered but I was in a hurry so I didn't check? When I got home I had 3 green salads with not more than 10 little squares of chicken and 2 thin slivers of avocado. To make matters worse one of the dressings' lid came off and was all over the inside of the bag! I called to complain and no one answered so I left a message with my phone number. No one returned my call so I called the next day and again left a message. I still have not received a call back. I probably won't be going back for a while. This was the restaurant in Lake Havasu City. Very disappointing.

Staff was extremely rude, talking bad about other business’s and obviously bored while on shift.
Food came quick but it tasted old and very bland.
