The Flying X Saloon is a spacious bar with a jukebox, offering a unique drink-ordering experience and ice coasters. It is perfect for hot summer days in AZ, and IDs are required for entry. During football season, the service is commendable, with servers like Cassey providing excellent and attentive service. The bar also features live music and a cool stage setup, creating a great atmosphere. The decor is a mix of classic country with a touch of humor, such as a bull wearing a "eat chik'n" sign. The stage is a good size for bands, and when live music plays, the acoustics are excellent. The dance floor is slim, with tables close to the main bar, making it cozy on busy nights. Parking is available in the rear of the building or on Main Street, which may require patience. The staff is friendly, making it a must-visit destination. Note that some bars, including the Flying X Saloon, may not cook on Mondays.
