We had a good meal at the Foundry. We were looking for lite, so we had the burger, the French dip and a sushi roll. We started with the Gyoza dumplings. All were well prepared and tasty for a good price. Good service, cold beer. We'll be back.

Atmosphere great. Service great. Food disappointing. Rib eye steak was tasteless, cut like cardboard. A group of friends came in as well, they left with the same opinion with their food orders. Need cooking that can match everything else!

Honestly a great meal. Our table had 4 different fun cocktails, 4 different meals from the filet mignon to a shrimp pasta to a burger and fries to a salad. And all we awesome!!! The spinach and artichoke dip was phenomenal. The steak and seafood was cooked to perfection and the flavors were on point. Not bland and plain but vibrant. Atmosphere wasn't bad and the server was very polite.
It was too expensive for lunch. So we left. There were only 3 other people there, and they were at the bar.

Worst service in history of dining. My wife & I spent over $350 for our dinner, which is outrageous for Havasu, but we have no problem if it's good. For what we had, this is more than Mastro's or some of the finest places we've dined throughout the world. My gripe is not the cost, however; instead it's the service. First, our food came out extremely overcooked. Then, waited 30 min for the remake. Then, our steak came out like seared ahi tuna (completely raw as if it was still moo-Ing) and the fish was overcooked again rubbery like dried out chicken. We overheard the waitress being yelled at by someone, as she tried to convey the situation. It turns out, the head chef cuz he was arguing with her. The "head chef" (apparently the owner, as well), took another 30 min to come out and immediately gave my wife attitude, asking what our problem is when we showed the food, for which he said "that's how I cook it" and if we didn't like it then "get the F out of my restaurant!" Unfortunately, this is unacceptable for an owner / manager / chef to speak with my wife in such a manner, after the 2nd time messing up severely on the extremely expensive food. The waitress informed us that she was being fired by the owner for disagreeing with him and simply relaying our situation. Unfortunately, she now had to get a job. Of course, my wife and I will never return to this place.

Our first time coming here and we totally Loved it. The drinks were so good. We had the Oaxaca smoked mezcal old fashion. So good. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was to point! Our waitress Jen was attentive. We will definitely come back !

Came in tonight for dinner and we brought our daughter. We ordered the Gyoza Dumplings for an appetizer and they were delicious! I ordered the Cali Wagyu Burger without the pickled onions. Really nice burger and I loved the fries with the cracked black pepper! Hubby had the Chilean Sea Bass again and cleaned his plate...again! lol! Our daughter ordered the Kamikaze Roll. The roll itself was good but the Tobiko wasn't fresh ....so please be careful about that!
