If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This was a horrible experience. Once we were seated by the host, we waited for 15 minutes without drinks or any service. Finally the host noticed we were looking around and asked us if we had been served, to which we replied that we had not. Then our waitress "changed" and we sat there for another 20 minutes after being assured someone was going to come over. Another group of people came and sat down in the table right next to us and we're greeted with a waitress immediately. At this point we got up and left. Unbelievably bad service.

It was a major disappointment. When I booked the reservation, I made sure to ask that there would be plenty of staff available to service our table of 17-20 plus the other patrons. I was assured there would be.The table was ready but no menus nor utensils were on the table. The waitress, Kim, came by & took our drink orders in a timely fashion. She then came & took our appetizer order.Then the evening went downhill.The waitress did not take our dinner order until the appetizers were gone. Almost an hour into being at the table. She came approximately 15 minutes later to tell the people who ordered the special that the special wasn’t available. She then came back 30 minutes later to tell the people who ordered the salmon that the salmon wasn’t available.Our party got there at 6pm. Our dinners were not served until 8:30pm.The waitress became rude as our group expressed frustration for such poor service.The bartender came out & just gave excuses. She said the waitress took on too many tables because she needed the money.

We stopped for dinner and had their meatloaf. They gave us enough for two meals. Everything was cooked well and took home two desserts for later.
1) The person waiting on us had no clue what she was doing. We had to repeatedly ask for things like silverware, napkins, water. 2) We waited for over an hour to be served after we were seated. 3) She said we could do a house salad or build our own - never once did you mention that there was a hefty additional fee if you built your own. 4) The food was just OK. Definitely not worth the price we paid. In my opinion, it's an overpriced Cracker Barrel. Will not return.

this place is under new ownership and management as of a few years ago. I went back tonight for the first time in a long time. Experience was excellent. Food was great and the service was exceptional. Ask for a server named Kim. She is a rockstar.
