The food here is very good and the staff friendly and welcoming, one of the best breakfast places in Lake Havasu

Loved breakfast here and the food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The portions are very large so you could probably share one for two people. Truly what makes this place better than all the rest aside from the food being incredible are the people who work here. They are so bubbly and happy and make you feel welcome and glad to be there. One of the best people we met in all of lake havasu is our girl Lily, hope you are lucky enough to feel her energy. Listen to her recommendations as she did not steer us wrong.

Had to change the entire venue just 5 days before my wedding. It was held at Makai Cafe w/ the ceremony under the gazebo. I was in a panic until the moment I sat down with Tom and his staff and they had it all handled. The ceremony went off without a hitch.. The food was wonderful, the drinks flowing and a good time was held by all. Thank you for making our wedding more than we had had even imagined. Wedding tip: don’t fool around with other options in town Go straight to Tom at Shugrues or find him at Makai. Aside from the wedding spread this is the best breakfast and lunch place in town. Terrific food, full bar, dog friendly, and inside/outside seating below the London Bridge

We enjoyed an amazing breakfast when we stopped at Lake Havasu/London Bridge on our jet boat tour. Our server was delightful and the food was delicious and attractively served. I ordered the Day Starter Omelette and my husband got the Country Breakfast. Very generous portions. The biscuits and gravy are very unique: biscuits seemed to be cornmeal based and gravy seemed chicken based rather than sausage based. Fun atmosphere and great food!

Went for breakfast, one if not our favorite place for breakfast in Havasu. Nice walk across the bridge before and after breakfast. We sat outside and soon our waitress waited on us. She pretty much said whatever you want we will get it. Very pleasant. This is one place that seems to have the staff during Covid. All the waitresses were very nice and always smiling. They made the atmosphere happy. The food was great! I know we will go there again and again.

We've been here twice on visits to the area. Food is fresh, and delicious! You may want to call ahead as they do get busy

This was a delicious little breakfast restaurant very close to the London Bridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They checked on us and served us promptly. They had a wide variety of breakfast foods including pancakes, eggs, omelettes, burritos and tacos, & crepes. I highly recommend the breakfast tacos. They were delicious and served with salsa and fruit. (I wish I could share a picture, but Trip Advisor says my files are too large). They have cute company sweatshirts for sale too.

never order chicken steak. Looks and lasted like pork. See photo! Very fatty breakfast menu. Salmon plate was good. Have a fan!

Slow service, nobody ever came back to check on the table. The food was not cooked properly, I didn’t eat jt. Nobody ever asked. I sat so long in the sun waiting on folks that I got sun burned. The location is nice. But wouldn’t recommend coming here.

We were looking around the area for a breakfast place and decided to try it out. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the service was very quick. I'm not a morning drinker, but it was nice to have the option of beer. The food arrived much faster than expected, but with no loss of quality. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy very much! It was a great way to start the day and I wish i'd tried it earlier!

My wife and I went for breakfast at the Makai café on Monday Monday morning July 5th. There seemed to be a good many locals there which is a good sign. We had delicious bloody Mary's and both ordered the egg white omelets with turkey & avocado. The food & drinks were delicious & very reasonably priced, the service prompt, polite and friendly and the location, right on the water, is unbeatable.

We were seated and given water by hostess. Our waitress never showed up. Others were seated after us and were quickly attended to, still nothing. After a while we left to find another place to eat.
