went there the other day to fill our water jugs, we were also going to try and buy a bottle of water(cause it’s hot outside and we just got done shopping at smiths), the older lady who was there was extremely rude. my fiancée had asked nicely, if he could have a small cup of water, cause there was no bottles. the older lady told us in such a rude tone that we can buy a cup of water for $1.75 and that it’s on the menu. i’m sorry we didn’t look at the menu when most places have water bottles. we had no issue paying for the water but she was extremely rude. she than proceeded to tell the employee next to her that if people come in and ask for water cups that it’s on the menu and it’s a $1.75 will not go back,

It's possible to receive a hot milkshake The workers need to go back to ice cream school and learn how to make a simple milkshake! Other that that, thirty ice cream is always good! Store was mediocre.. an quiet.

We have been coming here for 8 years. One of the best deals in Havasu. Tasty too! With all the quality water, ice and cool treats you could ask for. Friendly fast service every time .

I used to love this place, but when the new owners took over they started doing something that made me lose trust in them. It might sound trivial, but they added a service charge for cards WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMERS. It just shows a lack of transparency. Usually places have a sign staying this. They don't automatically give you a receipt here either, so most people would never realize they are gettimf charged extra everytime.. (But they make sure to post a note on the register saying if you want to tip on a card ask them and they will add it for you! lol) I don't mind paying a service fee sometimes, but the lack of transparency makes me wonder if they have integrity.

Taste matters to me, and the large-sized take-home container of Pecan Praline was worth returning to buy again, but there may not be time in this trip. I can hope, however.

Amazing place to bring your kids for a special treat or if you're feeling like a treat yourself... Amazing Thrifty ice cream, snow cones, mini donuts, funnel cakes and more... Everything is delicious. Not to mention they have a few arcades and a ton of water if you're thirsty. I highly recommend trying at least once.
Drinks and milkshakes were excellent! Rating 2 stars because the lady that helped us was extremely rude to my family. She rolled her eyes when my little cousin asked for a mint chip milkshake (not a complicated thing to order at an ice cream shop) would not come here again due to her bad attitude. Still tipped her anyway
