This place is awesome! My favorite in town. Tons of options and great flavors.
We visited Heather's in Bashas shopping center. There was only one employee working the weekend. She was soooo slow we almost left. Very disappointed in this store.
We've been to the store on Mcculloch before and we're very happy with service and the ice cream we received.
That's the only store we'll go to.
Brought my family here to enjoy some ice cream. Was told they were going to have the Frosted Flakes ice cream ready yesterday. Made sure to go right before close and they didn’t have it. Came today July 22nd and they still don’t have it. Was told that they never had the time to make it… so disappointing.
great ice cream
Great smoothies . So much for your $$$ 32 oz is like a dinner. Girls employees so sweet and friendly. OWNER YOU SHOULD ALLOW TO GIVE THEM TIPS ON THE I PAD . No carry cash nowadays including myself . Or give them a $2 raise per hour. Welcome to the new World . Great job overall ! Thanks
I get my water here and always find myself lured in by the candy and ice cream, great place and family owned.
The shaved ice was really good, got a pretty large amount for 2 bucks. My cousin got the smoothie but she didn't like it AT ALL the strawberries were really sour. The employees kind of acted like they didn't want you there and the place next door selling candy/gifts sold me expired taffy yuck.
I purchase water for an affordable .25/gallon at the convenient vending machine outside the building. The two times I’ve gone inside, the people behind the counter are very warm and helpful. I’m so impressed and grateful for such excellent customer service even towards their “smallest” customers in terms of profit.
Thank you for believing that people deserve drinking water!
Normally this is one of my favorite places but the consistency and prices changed in one day. 2-13-25 an xl plain shaved ice was $1.75 and piled high on Valentine's Day I was charged over $6 for the same thing and a LG same way and the ice was barely to the top. I asked the girl and she said that's how it is 😦. Might as well go to the one by Smiths where an xl is piled high for $1.25. It's not letting me post the pics but it was irritating
This place is really the best reason to go to Lake Havasu after seeing the bridge.
Check out the layered concoction of sno-cone and soft-serve.

So fun, so many sweets. Great ice cream, floats, slushies and everything. The candy store is next level. With candy, toys, shirts, just about everything. Lots of nostalgic toys, snacks, candies and items. Friendly staff and friendly dog friendly.
Way cheaper and tastier than DQ or any other chain store.
I look forward to each time I come to Havasu to stop in

It has a lot of vegan options. We tried the soft serve (vanilla and chocolate) and it was delicious!
