I on vacation with my family and Jennifer gave us service. We had a large group Which can be hard to Accommodate . The server did great job and the food was really good. Definitely will be back on our next vacation. The restaurant was very clean. Also, probably the cleanest Ihop I’ve ever seen.
Parking is non existent during their peak times. Maybe IHOP across the board has declined in service, quality of ingredients and food, but it has been many years since we found this to be a good place to eat. We suspect most of their good wait staff left.
Food is often either greasy or unremarkable. Get some strange looks from the cooks that like to peer out from the kitchen at you.
Too many times even just trying to find parking, people take far too long to actually get in their vehicle to drive off or they drive too fast and too carelessly and we have even had one customer run into ours when we just placed a to go order.
Do NOT recommend, it is not worth it in our opinion, but if you do go take a taxi or park off location.
I honestly came here with low expectations, all the other restaurants had 30min-1hr wait time for breakfast so we settled for Ihop. Another lady barely looked up and said we'll be right with you, then Jessica came over with a bright smile, complimenting my daughters' hair and outfits and sat us right away. We were lucky she was our server. She was very attentive and friendly without being over the top, had great recommendations and kept our drinks full. If you go to ihop, ask for Jessica! 1000 stars to her!
Drink isn't included with kids meals, prices are a little high but food was good.
Place was nasty. Waitress gave me my drink with a dried up nasty caked up berger on it and she didn't even notice it.
Clean restaurant and had immediate seating. After that it was downhill. Breakfast music featured was Cindy Lauper screaming. Obviously they are not aware of all the grey hair customers.
Then the food came. Greasy overcooked hashbrowns you couldn't cut with a knife. Why serve this garbage?
Took forever for the server to bring the bill. Had to ask someone else to get it.
This is not standard for other IHOP restaurants. Usually we love the food.
If I could go lower then 1 star i would. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 eggs over medium white toast, home fries (well done/crunchy) and 2 sausage links. Not difficult right. There were maybe 6 tables of guests. Our waitress had no frickin clue. Eggs came out semi warm, toast had 0 butter on it, homefries are completely mushy no crisp at all. So I asked for butter. 17 minutes to get a small ROCK HARD thing of butter which won't spread on my now cold toast to go with my now ice cold eggs.
Good food forsure
It was busy, and they were very short staffed. Obviously that created a bit of waiting both to get seated and service itself. With that said though the people there were friendly and nice, the food was exactly as you would expect and I left full and happy.
Oh man. I really love the chocolate pancakes and the hot cocoa is so much delicious. I really do wish I was buried and put in a casket full or even better made out of your delicious IHOP pancakes. And plus you all deserve this greatest review I put down right now. I bet the next Health inspection service would love your greatest pancakes here.
Hours of operation are 7am to 2pm seven days a week at the Lake Havasu restaurant.

Long wait, poor waitress struggled to do her job. Lots of dirty tables and no busboy to prep tables They were obviously short handed and pretty spendy all things considered. I'm not going back. Too bad, so sad.
Great for Pancake lovers
Slow service. Busy and 3 people working and standing around. Had to get up twice to get my own things.

UPDATE:
Recently, my experience with IHOP was dramatically turned around after a personal call from Laura Valencia, IHOP's regional manager. Our initial visit was less than ideal, which prompted me to share my concerns. However, what followed was a masterclass in customer relations and problem-solving.
Laura reached out to me directly after reviewing footage from our visit and acknowledged the issues we faced. Impressively, she offered a sincere apology without deflecting the blame, which is an uncommon but refreshing approach in today’s customer service landscape. During our 10-15 minute conversation, Laura not only addressed the problems we encountered but also shared her well-thought-out plan to prevent such occurrences in the future.
What stood out most was her proactive engagement. Not only did she extend a personal invitation to ensure a better experience on our next visit, but she also expressed a willingness to meet us personally if we provided her with a heads-up beforehand. Her genuine kindness and professionalism made a significant impression on me, leaving no doubt that future visits to IHOP will be much improved.
Despite living 3.5 hours away, this level of customer care ensures that we will return to IHOP during our travels in March. The interaction with Laura Valencia has truly changed my perspective, demonstrating that individual dedication can transform a guest’s entire experience. Hopefully, during our next visit, I’ll have the pleasure of buying Laura breakfast as a token of appreciation for her outstanding service.
Title: A Flapjack Flop at the Lake Havasu IHOP
Ah, Lake Havasu. Known for its sparkling waters, graceful London Bridge, and apparently, a breakfast experience that can best be described as shenanigans with syrup. On an unsuspecting 9 a.m. morning adventure, my wife and I decided to start our day with the comforting embrace of pancakes at the local IHOP. Little did we know, we were walking into a breakfast sitcom episode.
Entering IHOP was like stepping into a breakfast battlefield. The restaurant was only half full, yet every table was either occupied or appeared to have lost a tireless fight against a waffle army. Crumbs were scattered like confetti at a New Year’s party, and all hopes of finding a clean table vanished quicker than a pancake on a Sunday morning. With no hostess or busser in sight, I half expected a tumbleweed to roll by.
Two valiant servers dashed about like caffeinated bees, trying to keep folks caffeinated and flapjack-fueled. These heroes were the real MVPs, but their superpowers were no match for the breakfast blitz. If there was a kitchen back there (I couldn’t swear to it, for it felt more like a mysterious breakfast Bermuda Triangle), it seemed like the chefs had perhaps decided flipping pancakes is more of a Tuesday thing.
After an age where civilizations may have risen and fallen, our breakfast finally arrived. If IHOP has a culinary standard, our meal apparently never got the memo. It was a little lacking in the heat department, not unlike being hugged by a lukewarm toaster.
When paying the check, our remorseful server—who by now probably deserved a standing ovation and a mimosa—apologized for the chaos, explaining they’d been busier than a squirrel at a nut sale.
So, will you find me recommending Lake Havasu IHOP to friends? As much as I enjoy a comedic breakfast skit, I think I'll let our friends experience their morning escapades elsewhere. For now, we'll stick to IHOPs where you’re served with a clean table and a side of sanity—hold the dramedy. Bon appétit, brave breakfast goers!

The entire restaurant was dirty. All the tables had dirty dishes and there was maybe 10.people in the whole place. I waited 8 minutes to be seated. The waitress took dirty dishes off the table and never even wiped it down! DISGUSTING!! She took 10 minutes to take my drink order and another 15 minutes before taking my order. She was scatter brained and VERY unorganized. She was all over the place! My food was NOT cooked to order. I received a completely different item than ordered. What a joke I'll never eat there at IHOP again!
Parking: It is quite complicated to park and get in the Building. So.many twists and turns to get in to the parking lot and it's a hike back to the front door!
