All our food was prepared completely different from any of the other many times we had ordered the same thing's & was not right or good!!! Looks like a new crew. Needs some training 😫

We were in there on Friday, the 19th, and while the sandwich makers were ok, the bespectacled and bewildered hispanic girl at the register had no clue. She was unable to properly process the $2.00 online coupon and kept demanding the wrong price. Was also extremely rude about it. We WON'T be back!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this jersey mikes location is absolutely incredible. From the staff to the quality of the food, we’ve always had the best experience. I can’t say enough positive things about the employees and how well they care for what they do and their customers.

Made the awesome mistake of introducing my hubby to these fantastic subs and I spent the next half hour being ignored as he stuffed his face with the best sub he said he'd ever had hahaha. Quietest half hour I've had in a while lol.Seriously though, freaking awesome delicious grub and one of my top 5 places to eat out!

Vegetarian options: Veggie sub option as well as options for no bread (sub in a tub) or a wrap.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread option or go with a sub in a tub (no bread)

Parking: Located in a shopping center next to a safeway grocery so plenty of parking available

Kid-friendliness: Menu options for kids as well as a clean store to prevent spreading germies. Friendly staff willing to answer any questions a kid might have about sandwich fixins

manager very unprofessional need to be fired. Employee kept getting order wrong had to repeat myself three times. manager yell at people.

By far, my favorite sub shop! Fresh ingredients, great staff and quick. The atmosphere feels clean, professional, friendly and quick. This establishment does have tables for dining-in however they are very limited.
