Made the awesome mistake of introducing my hubby to these fantastic subs and I spent the next half hour being ignored as he stuffed his face with the best sub he said he'd ever had hahaha. Not sure why they wrap the Subs so tight. Crushes the bread. The subs are good for dine in but not great for take out. Don't get the "juice" on it if you doing take out. It will be a soggy mess.

Very disappointed. Very. I called in a order for 2 large sandwiches each cut in half and asked for the sandwiches to be "boat wrapped". The girl who took my order was obviously very familiar of the term and was very polite when she took my order. When I arrived I double checked the order in the bag and each sandwich was cut in 4 pieces for a total of 8 pieces. Not a big deal at all. The problem is that each sandwich was wrapped very loosely in no more than one layer of plastic wrap and that each sandwich was completely exposed to the elements of a iced down cooler. See pic. Absolutely no care was taken to seal each sandwich in plastic wrap. I questioned the poor wrap job by asking "are these sandwiches "boat wrapped?" thinking they might have made a slight error. The employee who made the sandwich's stated in his rude tone "well that's how we do it here". That 25% tip I normally give went down to 10% and come to think of it I should have chosen 0%. The girl who took my payment wasn't friendly in the slightest and acted like she was annoyed when I had trouble figuring out if their pay machine was a "tap" version or not. My last complaint was how the sandwich's was all bread and no substance (see pic) when just 2 weeks ago my wife and I went to a Jersey Mikes in the Palm Springs area and the service, attitude and the amount of substance compared to the amount of bread was WORLDS apart from this particular establishment. I don't think the owners can blame franchise rules for this reason alone. I'm not blaming the owner in the slightest up to this point except maybe and only maybe the owner has something to do with the amount of meat and cheese goes into every sandwich. I hope the owner reads this review and is prompt at fixing the issues. I will return in the next week or so and give them another chance. If I experience any one of these complaints I would have to decide on another sandwich shop from now on and also make sure my family and friends know my experiences.

Usually my favorite place to get sandwiches for boat. Luckily I didn't order online and watched "sandwich maker" try to put the most wilted lettuce on sandwich. Buyer beware!! City does have other sandwich options.

Stopped in tonight before they closed, apologized for being that guy even though it was still 45 minutes before the official closing. I work in the service industry so I gave her a way out. The lady working behind the counter was as welcoming as can be, courteous and professional which is not in the least characteristic for Lake Havasu. Kudos to her and this operation, my favorite sandwich place in town!
