Jimmy John's

They finally started to add some variety to their menu! That’s the good part.
The bad part is they make your sandwich wrong about 50% of the time!
We keep going back because it’s so easy to order sandwiches on the app and pick up on the way down to the lake.
Recently we ordered from here 3 times in one week and the sandwiches were wrong every single time!
Why offer choices if you aren’t even going to make the order correctly!?
After the 3rd time, which was a good one- ordered sandwich on the French roll and got it made in a wrap- now going other places.
Need a break from the freaky fast made wrong sandwich!

Was not impressed. First time here and Spent $15 for a Chicken ceasar wrap with 90% lettuce and barely any chicken in it. Definitely did not look like the picture they had on their menu. NOT worth the $ . Will not be coming back here again

Ordered #1 Lil John. Paid $5.69+8.85%tax + $2.49 Tip! Got home Sandwich included stale bread, one slice of ham, little lettuce , tomato- No mayo And no cheese! Called them the young girl basically said that “I had to ask for cheese?!” Seriously though she clearly doesn’t understand customer service or even the menu… super disappointed with this Jimmy John’s and it was pretty messy to boot!

Okay, I Love Jimmy Johns. I actually worked at the store here in Havasu then Kingman when it opened. But today I went in to get my favorite sammy. There was only one other person in the entire shop and about 5 people working. 1st off, they did take my order pretty quick but the guy taking my order was distracted with talking to his co workers and even stepped away while taking my order to talk to them. 2nd it took 5 minutes to get my sandwich, which I know because I took a phone call after I got my drink and it was a 5 min long phone call. 3rd the bread was not fresh at all, the bottom was rock solid and actually hurt my mouth while eating it. Other than that I love Jimmy Johns. But very disappointed in how the shop has not stuck with the speedy and quality of food and services. Ally you are an amazing person and I respect you so very much. I am so grateful to you as well. But your Havasu shop needs some attention

I'll admit jimmy johns is my preferred sandwich shop. I've ordered from the Havasu JJ previously,. For this visit, we submitted a fairly large order online. There were a few people in line ordering when I arrived, but I was greeted as I walked in the store and asked if I was picking up, so they had me skip the line and wait at the pickup counter. Although I got there a few minutes before the scheduled time, our order was ready within a few minutes (ahead of the promised time) and I was quickly on my way. Despite the large order with some customizations, was delighted they prepared the order perfectly. THANK YOU JJ.

I've obsessed with the Tuscan Italian Wrap and Bowtie pesto salad! I've been using the online order and curb side pick up. It's been flawless service!

I really enjoy jj's in havasu. I realize that we have a lot of sandwich places in town but they are the best AND Malia is definitely an asset to the store. She remembers her customers!

We were given a gift card. This is the only time we will eat here. The sandwiches are boring!!!! Too much mayo and old tomatoes.

Food was disgusting bread was so hard you could have used it as a hockey puck first time I've ever been there to eat never will go back again very smelly inside the building not a fan at all of Jimmy John's

The mayonaise. The fricking mayonaise. I ask for no mayonaise and I get it everytime. It makes my mouth numb and now I can feel my mouth cuz they put on mayonaise. Please stop with the mayonaise. I love sandwhiches but not mayonaise. Love yall but not the mayonaise

Once again I ordered a #9 no mayo no onion extra lettuce oil & vinegar what we got was a ton of lettuce no tomato & no oil& vinegar. Its hit & miss there we’ve gotten some fantastic ones& Ive put good reviews about them. guess I must watch as they make it but Really should I?
