The mayonaise. The fricking mayonaise. I ask for no mayonaise and I get it everytime. It makes my mouth numb and now I can feel my mouth cuz they put on mayonaise. Please stop with the mayonaise. I love sandwhiches but not mayonaise. Love yall but not the mayonaise

Once again I ordered a #9 no mayo no onion extra lettuce oil & vinegar what we got was a ton of lettuce no tomato & no oil& vinegar. Its hit & miss there we’ve gotten some fantastic ones& Ive put good reviews about them. guess I must watch as they make it but Really should I?

Started off with me waiting at the front for almost 10 minutes. There was a girl up front on the phone with her back to me which I thought was awesome. Finally ordered a basic turkey sandwich and it was pretty good once I got it. Honestly with one other customer in there, they need to pick it up.

The service when I went in to order my volunteer lunches was excellent. Dawson was very patient with my indecisiveness. The wraps were delicious and not too messy to eat during our meeting. Thanks Dawson and Jimmy John's!

Thank you to Brody, the assistant manager at Jimmy Johns. It was my first time there and he gave me the best experience. He was so kind and patient. It’s refreshing to see such a hard working young man these days. And he made the absolute best sandwich I’ve have in Havasu. Thanks Brody!

I went in the front door and at the till I ordered but I could not pay as many things were extra, the menu was so high and so small that I couldn't read it. Turns out I should have gone to the back of the store and come forward, if this had been mentioned, I would have been more at ease. The sub I ordered was something French and was the tiniest thing I have ever seen, it was also the only thing close enough for me to read. It was very good and at my age all I needed. In a place like lHC were old people are not rare there is room for improvement.
