This restaurant serves old rubbery chicken and when called and confronted gives excuses instead of fixing the problem. Bad food and poor customer service. If only negative stars were an option. Not happy at all.

Don’t answer calls, then they don’t have all of my stuff. I paid for three gravy’s and only 1 was in the bag. I know called 20 times and they still won’t answer. This is a restaurant ran by kids who don’t want to work.

I ordered a pot pie from KFC tonight, and while I was eating, I ended up choking on a chicken bone. My brother had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on me. Thank God someone in the household is CPR and first aid certified, because who knows what could’ve happened otherwise.
dirty store, ordered original chicken received extra crispy, ordered a 5 piece received 4 pieces and employees rude and dismissive. Lake Havasu do better, be better

This is the worst chicken we've ever had. We ordered chicken tenders and were shocked. Instead of tenders we got heavily battered chunks. The person taking the order was sooo slow. We will never eat here again.
