Don’t answer calls, then they don’t have all of my stuff. I paid for three gravy’s and only 1 was in the bag. I know called 20 times and they still won’t answer. This is a restaurant ran by kids who don’t want to work.

I ordered a pot pie from KFC tonight, and while I was eating, I ended up choking on a chicken bone. My brother had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on me. Thank God someone in the household is CPR and first aid certified, because who knows what could’ve happened otherwise.

This is the worst chicken we've ever had. We ordered chicken tenders and were shocked. Instead of tenders we got heavily battered chunks. The person taking the order was sooo slow. We will never eat here again.

I came in with an ad on KFC web site.The meal was $5.00 more on the recite. I ask the Manger if he could help me out with this concern. He said he will bring this concern of mine with Owner. He had chance to make it good with me, but failed . I will not come back to this store.
This KFC has to be one of the worst in the state... don't get KFC often but the past 2 times we have gotten it we have been missing over half the order like some dumb high ass kid not paying attention just throwing food in a bag and sending it out. Fast food isn't difficult.. and clearly math wasn't any of those employees strengths. And just to top it off everyone there is to dawn lazy to even answer a phone, DO NOT RECOMMEND ❌️❌️❌️❌️

Ordered bucket online. Walked in as the ordered placed in heating station. Got a "online 40% off special." Sure glad that was offered as we haven't had KFC for about a year and we won't be eating it again. It wasn't that great then and it was worst now. No flavor!! Missed that taste of the past. Ordered orignal and the skin/coating was soggy and falling off. The chicken was dry. How can dry chicken have soggy coating/skin ???

The 8 piece meal we took home was horrible. The biscuits were like rocks, the mashed potatoes we runny, the chicken was overcooked, hard and rubbery, gravy was like paste.
