Sophie the manager wouldn't even come out to explain why I didn't receive my free 10 nuggets with a 10$ purchase or more.. I added 3 sauces at .35 to get over 10$ no deal. ,,app order... Jayden was a stud and tried to help but Sophie is a denier.. Truth
Believe we got double charged will know they say by monday, they forgot our tenders 16 piece, had to come back and get them, the window person at the drive thru was a bit on rude side, the first time, had to ask at least 7 times for a manger, overall not great
I was there today order 2 chicken strip dinners and get home no fries in neither of them!! Tried calling 5 times no answer. This isn't the first time this has happened. They should read there orders!

Pot pie had MAYBE a teaspoon of chicken!! All the chicken was creamed with a couple strings of chicken..very disappointing especially cause the rest of the pot pie was good. The chicken pieces must be from the smallest chickens they can get flavor is always good

Had many problems with this location years ago. haven’t been in a long time. Today and lately was great!
Yuck. We had to wait 25 minutes for a new batch of original recipes, which was greasy and overcooked. Staff was less than pleasant and all this came at me than it was worth. We went be back.

Check your orders thoroughly if going through the drive through. They are NEVER correct and you will be missing something every time! Ridiculous.

Purchased an 8 piece extra crispy family meal and the batter on the chicken was still raw :) called the lake Havasu store 3 times with no answer. Drive the meal back and explained to Sierra the manager that the batter was still raw and the chicken was fried in old oil. She said it was impossible even though I brought the raw battered chicken back! She couldn’t refund me since I ordered through kFC app. Going back tomorrow to speak with Casey the area manager. Never Again. Be careful ordering through an app. Not sure how to get my refund now :(
