We asked our staff at our hotel in Lake Havasu where is the best Chinese food in town and they told us to go to Lin’s without a doubt. They were absolutely right! Great little place in a shopping center. Nothing special from the outside but everything special was inside. Great ambience, service and the food was spectacular. We live in LHC and eat here often and everything is great. However, the last two times here, in Nov 2024 and Jan 2025, the Hot and Sour soup has been very thick and gooey, maybe even slimy. It used to be fabulous, not so much now. We won't order it any more unless they go back to the recipe they used in june/july of 2024.
