Everything was awesome from the food to the service (My mom and I got the chilaquiles)! We came here for my birthday from out of town and boy do they serve a lot! Definitely worth the money. Also, I didn’t know they did anything for birthdays, but they even surprised me with their large cinnamon roll dessert and the fact that the whole restaurant joined in singing happy birthday! The lakeside view along with London Bridge was really nice. It gives you plenty of opportunities to take pictures.
Now, we had Jordan as our server, and she was very attentive and always checked in on us regarding the food and drinks.
Overall, we had a great time and I’d definitely come back the next time we visit!
Quick Edit: I just noticed the bad reviews, and honestly, I don't know what they're talking about because that's not what we experienced here. Everyone was friendly and we didn't have to wait very long for our drinks or food.

Worst place ever to eat if you are coming out of town, customer service was horrible staff were not friendly , they gave us a square table on a corner and all other tables where round and with a cover table, then we waited for more that 30 min an no one came to provide us any service not even a cup of water then we called on a waitress, she came and took an order for drinks without even taking any notes and we waited for an other 10 min and no one brought our beverages. At the end we decided to leave.

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS
I Decided to take a family trip thru Arizona,
stopped by London Bridge. By far all towns and restaurants this was the worst one of them all. There was no Customer Service we got seated and forgotten in the edge of the building. We patiently waited 35mins and no waiters were not assisting us but other tables as they arrived were getting checked in right away , we never got our drinks decided to walkout. This Cafe made the tourist trip a nightmare.

Worst service ever. We came from out of town, they sat us at a table in the back corner and no one ever came to take our order until we called for someone. A waitress came and she took our order for drinks after a very long wait, then we waited for another 10min and they did not bring anything not even water. Another group of customers arrived and they had water in their table within 5 min of sitting so we decided to leave after waiting for about 30min without ever getting anything not even a cup of water.

If you're looking for Hawaiian cuisine, this isn't the spot, it's more of a classic American breakfast joint. The space is quite small given the number of customers, and unfortunately, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The floor was messy, and the overall environment felt a bit neglected. That said, the food was excellent. I had the pancakes with their house-made syrup, and they were absolutely delicious. The kitchen delivers, even if the upkeep doesn’t.
The outdoor seating offers a beautiful view of the London Bridge and the channel, which makes for a great location despite the indoor shortcomings.

I come here every Sunday I'm in town and this place never disappoints. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly, especially considering how busy it can get. It can be a bit of a wait depending on how busy it is but usually it's not too long. 10/10 keep it up guys, you rock!

It is near the bridge and the channel which is one of very few upsides to Makai Cafe, in our opinion.
A lot of people rave about this place, but the dust on the ceiling tiles was off-putting.
We chose to eat outside and our food was not great. We likely not return.
Do not recommend.
