This is a gem of a place located in the Walmart complex. My first visit today and I wasn't let down. The owners are working it with the wife on the grill. From what I see its fresh and friendly. I had the breakfast burrito and I customized it by adding the biscuit gravey over the burrito. Normally you get red or green home made chili sauce. I did get the green on the side and it was amazing . The lunch is at 11 so I looked it over and the prices are the best in town. If your a foodie like me then don't pass this place up. Fresh made beef burgers daily $10.95 with fries. My new favorite place! 6 stars 🌟

Wow, we just popped in for the first time. Great relaxing atmosphere, great service... We shared the most EXCELLENT FISH and CHIPS... yummy nice size perfectly fried FISH and Chips..... AND... THE FRIES... Crispy, Crispy flavors on the outside, with soft tasty potato... sooo good...

Northside Grill is a cute little spot next to the children’s splash-park at the Lake Havasu Mall. They have daily specials they seem to be pretty affordable. The waiter said that their specialty is burgers and wings. I had the Parmesan wings and they were delicious. It was a eight piece serving and it came with sliced cucumbers and Julian carrots with a delicious blue cheese dressing for dipping. We went there because we googled best breakfast spots in Lake Havasu. It looks like their breakfast would’ve been delicious, but we were too late as it was afternoon when we got there. I definitely would return.

This place is amazing. All of the staff is top notch. Very polite, respectable and professional. The food is off the charts. We have been here several times and never had a bad meal or complaint, even when the place was packed they still stayed calm and everyone was happy with their meal. If your looking for something to eat that is well worth your money and doesn’t taste like everything else in town then Northside Grill is your best bet.

North Side Grill is a hidden gem in Lake Havasu! The place is very clean and welcoming, and our server Amy was absolutely fantastic—super friendly and attentive.
The food here is excellent. The burgers are a must—just make sure to ask for them grilled your way (otherwise they come well done). The wings were delicious, and the Caesar salad was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had—fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed.
Drinks are a great deal too: margaritas for just $8 and buckets of 5 beers for only $10—can’t beat that!
If you’re in Lake Havasu, North Side Grill should definitely be on your list. Great food, great prices, and excellent service. Highly

Our Sunday family day almost fell apart — movie canceled, Buffalo Wild Wings closed, and Northside had already closed too.
But instead of sending us away, the waitress talked to the owner, and they BOTH stayed late just to make us something from the appetizer menu. 😊

You can't go wrong My first visit is the start of Manny bloody Mary / eye opener is very good and the french fries and gravy/poutine gravy on spot french fries nice and crispy cheese curds deep fried very good I'll be coming back very soon

I had the eggs benedict with bacon & spinach on it. Eggs could’ve been poached a little longer pretty runny . $21 plus tip $25. They added .70 cents for using my credit card. Should bury credit charges in food prices.
