WOW! ? This is ALL hand made from scratch food - INCLUDING the tortillas and chips. We came here on a whim, my brother likes to try native taco places when he travels and this place DID NOT disappoint! I very much wish we didn’t live 1000 miles away because I will miss this incredible establishment! Try the chips and salsa, I promise you’ve never had anything like it! Pillowy, puffed, perfectly crispy with a slight chew, blue corn chips and home made salsa- incredible. Just that would’ve been enough, but then the entrees came- and WOW and the SAUCES! Oh my gosh.. the sauces are soo friggen delicious! This place needs to come to Wisconsin! WELL DONE! ✨?✨I will miss you forever! ✨
The menu deserves TEN stars. The owner & staff go beyond the norm and outshine every other place in LHC. We’ve visited twice now and can’t believe the quality of the stuff coming out of a tiny kitchen. Thank you both for everything you do to fill our bellies with top notch grub!The prices are normal for the LOCATION, which equates to easy access and awesome surroundings.

Great tacos! A bit pricey but I don’t mind when the food is fantastic. Got the rice bowl and the rice was undercooked. When I mentioned it to the girl working the register, she came back from the kitchen and said the cook says it’s the pumpkin seeds that are crunchy. LOL!!! First of all, I’m a chef myself who has owned my own catering company, so I know what undercooked rice tastes like. I’ve eaten at Michelin Star restaurants in Europe. I know amazing food that knocks your socks off. And i definitely know undercooked rice. Don’t insult my intelligence. Own it that you messed up and apologize. I don’t need a refund because clearly you need the $15 more than I do if you don’t stand behind the quality of food you are serving. Not to mention, we waited 45 minutes to get our food! It’s freaking tacos!!! It does not take that long to assemble even the most complex flavored taco. IJS ?Edit: ???to your reply

It’s too bad this place is hidden and we didn’t find it sooner. The food is fresh and very flavorful. We had the quesadillas and burritos. Excellent ! The pork was my favorite. Since we found this hidden gem, we stop by weekly.

How am I just now finding out about this place. This is seriously 5 ? food. Nestle away in a little corner with beautiful views of the mountains. Great prices and the food is amazing. If you love Mexican food you need to go support them. Service was amazing and they were super friendly. I had the lime hibiscus, chips and salsa, shrimp quesadilla, and churro ??

The name of the restaurant made me giggle, so I checked the menu and we went. Fun little place, absolutely delicious tacos, walk in through a cigar bar and out to the patio in back where the magic happens. We are from a state where good Mexican food is . . . shall we say seldom? The birria tacos were delicious, the consomme was yummy, the shrimp tacos are a MUST have, and I am only sad that we live states away. We will be back in February and this is a must go destination!
