This was our first time at this location and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Things might have been better if our server would have came to the table more. We didn't like half of what we ordered and didn't eat it, wanted to tell our server but due to the lack of checking in we where unable to make changes or fix things. The server really didn't seam bothered by this at all and just presented us the bill which was $85+ for 3 people and they want 17% on top of that. I at least hoped for so understanding but the dollar is more important. The only good thing I can say is the restaurant was nice and clean.

Good food but mislead menu in advertising. My 2 yr old loves Mac and cheese. The website states Mac and cheese on the alce menu however in very tiny print it states for kids. It's same size as all other options so who would click on it thinking there is a catch. Even manager has to open up web page and reread it. Very disappointed. Not sure what else isn't true.

This restaurant is a dream for food allergies! I am not able to consume gluten and have a tomato allergy--Red Robin is one of the few restaurants I've found that takes these warnings seriously.For those that have gluten sensitivities or allergies, gluten-free buns (that aren't awful) are available and there is a dedicated GF fryer for French fries. They also mark your ticket with any known allergies so the kitchen is aware. The only exception I've found to this is the Red Robin seasoning--it contains tomato powder and does not come up on either the website or their restaurant system allergy alerts. Their website is EXTREMELY helpful in learning how to make substitutions to get a great meal that meets your needs so you can plan before you come. Highly recommend!
