The food was average. The environment was pretty good. The server was attentive. Not super friendly though. I almost felt like she was impatient. She was nicer to the locals than to me.
This is our breakfast spot when we are at the Lake. We can walk from our hotel. The food is always guys and the coffee is hot. The service is good as well. This year they added a patio cover so more seating...not quite finished but usable. The only thing we didn't like is we were seated at a table that appeared to be shoved in a corner between another table and a booth, but it was so close to the booth the people couldn't get out while we were sitting there, so...
The place was old, but so so tried to enhance the atmosphere with retro. Vintage automotive paraphernalia portions are small. The fees they tack on to the bill at the end of the meal are ridiculous. Not really impressed, just so so. Won't be back
