I don’t live in lake Havasu anymore but my family does and they were coming to visit for my birthday. I requested a cake for my birthday and gave them a picture from Pinterest and they were able to work their magic to make it the best cake I could ask for! It traveled well and the employees were so kind and helpful. It was delicious and perfect for my special day!

These people are snobs, especially the manager or owner or whoever the sarcastic and disrespectful lady up front is. She makes customers and her employees visibly uncomfortable, you’ll get far better service AND better cake just about anywhere else in town.

Well, we gave you the benefit of a doubt, came in and just wanted to buy Cupcakes. The lady was super short with us and made us feel uncomfortable and like we were bothering her. 2ND Chance It's now my daughter's birthday and I wanted to get her a cool cake, the same lady at the front was there. And once again, super short, acting as though she did not even want us to be there. I will make my own cake or Somewhere else before I spend my money with somebody who acts like they don't need it.

The staff girl half asked, half listened. Promise one thing and got the opposite. Ordered my daughter's first birthday cake from them got judged by the flowers I wanted (sunflowers and pink roses) with the pink I wanted (I wanted dusty rose and got hot bubblegum) I wanted the two layer cake one chocolate cake and one vanilla cake.. guess what we cut into.... two layer funfetti cake. So yeah that was annoying they didn't get our daughter's first birthday cake correct.

So a friend ordered a cake, and when she picked up the cake, the cake was opposite of the way she was promised, when she spoke with the owner about the situation she was very rude and not caring, and basically saying on why she didnt go to a different store for the way she was wanting the cake.

Rude lady - if you're the owner maybe hire someone nicer and more professional to deal with customers. If you're not the owner and just work there they need to replace you with someone who has better customer service skills. Either way, not going to be visiting this establishment ever again.

Was really good, but the cake part of the cupcake fell apart

We needed a cake spur of the moment. And to top it off, we needed it by a certain time and here is the kicker. That day they were closed. . We had no idea they were closed when we messaged the day before. They made our cake. And not only that. This cake is decorated A.S.U themed and it looks like it belongs on a magazine. We get a lot of cakes here and are never disappointed. Thank you so much

I bought a birthday cake for my wife and when we cut it it was completely raw and the two bites I took had big pieces of egg shell and when I went back to the store the person that helped me said that an eggshell was better than a hair and at least you know it’s fresh. Never coming back

called I for a custom cake a week before needed an they had availability an were very detailed an professional, they brought my little birthday girls dolly parton dreams to life ! 20/10 I will definitely be ordering custom cakes from here more often ! thank you so much smallcakes !
