When I pay $12 for two coffees and pay a tip I expect a vanilla Latte to have Vanilla syrup in it. Once again, they are shorting customers by not putting the usual amount of vanilla in their lattes. Stop charging people top dollar and not giving them what they pay for. I can go to the Human Bean, pay less and get more for my money. I should have waited.

I went there this morning and Destiny was working. She was very efficient and friendly with me and the other customers. She got my food and drink out fast and it was the best tasting iced white chocolate mocha ever! Not to mention, her multitasking skills are very impressive!
