James is an amazing manager really cares to make sure the customers are taken care of. Answered a few silly questions we had in detail. The whole team had a great personality. By faaaaar the best Starbucks in town. Wish I lived closer to this location than the other.

Worst vibes ever. I go to A LOT of Starbucks and have never had such a weird experience. When I got to the counter 3 employees were being talked to by the shift manager (a conversation that definitely should have been had in back) but ignored me until they were done, not the employees fault but the shift manager should know better. Then my coffee was ice cold. Like ice cold, old, stale coffee. I drank it anyways. Then as I was sitting charging my battery and drinking my cold coffee I realized the Store Manager was sitting there watching the entire interaction but also didn't get up to offer service. I then overhead the store manager talking badly about another employee loud enough that I could hear the conversation across the room. So bad coffee, rude shift manager and manager and just all around awful vibe....seriously go to any of the other Starbucks in town.

Exceptional Service! I have experienced 100’s of Starbucks in different locations across the country. This location by far exceeds expectations! The baristas are very helpful, increased the quality of my drink with a helpful suggestion. They have GREAT attitudes. They communicate with the guests so efficiently and remember things they don’t have to. They work together like a very well oiled machine. Impressive! I highly recommend this location!

I go here almost everyday and get the same drink and today they made the drink awful, I went in and asked to have it re made and they said it’s normal to look and taste like that. It’s really sad when they make a $7 drink wrong and refuse to remake it

This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite and Lilly is the most sweetest employee around. I never know if she is going to be there when I go but when she is it makes my day! She is the best! ⭐️

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I travel alot and have had alot of Starbucks across the US. And this one is THE WROSE!!! I really hope it was a off day. If not I feel sorry for the locals...
They do not listen, they do not prepare your drinks right. I took one sip of my drink. And in the trash it went... Was disgusting and huge disappointment. The croissants were old stale and dry. Waste of money and time.
Don't order from this location enless you like throwing money in the trash.
