Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had…. Ordered a iced caramel macchiato and brown sugar shaken espresso with add ons that came out to $20.54 which is crazy as is The worker at the window hangs the card reader by the wire in front of my face and said “click the arrow and tap your card” I did $15.62 on card and she ended up asking for $9.03 in cash??? The barista added her own tip of $4.11 without us knowing When i went to ask about why it was $24 now she goes “we just have higher prices because we aren’t a corporate store” whatever that means Driving away im looking at the receipt and the math was not adding up, till we look at the bottom and it says the tip was $4.11 We called and spoke to the manager, they said there was an option on whether to tip or not But only option we had was a barista hanging the card reader in our face by the wire so we couldn’t properly see the screen and to push the arrow I hope you needed that $4.11 that bad babes <3

i read the reviews for this location and almost drove past and suffered another 45 minutes without my morning coffee on a long drive, but i decided to stop anyways. i felt the need to come and leave a 5 star review because i had such an easy/seamless time and it was not at all like what some other people seem to be experiencing. they were out of cold brew because of their fridge being down but outside of that the two girls working were so sweet and swift. positive experience !

The prices here are more expensive than other locations. On top of that, the employees hold the tip page to your face and expect tip. Then the drinks are filled to the brim with 95% ice and gone after a few sips. Super dissapointing.

Aside from prices being about $1 higher than usual. Staff was friendly. Quick. Hot chocolate tasted great. Almost didn't come because of the reviews but glad I did. Will definitely stop again if I'm in the area.

I am a truck driver and I often pass by this highway. Whenever I pass by this location, I always take coffee. But every time I have been here, I have never liked the attitude of the workers here. They always talk to each other and do not pay attention to you. And whenever you ask them for something, they always give it wrong. Very RUDE CREW

I ordered a warm medicine ball through the drive through. Went to the window paid $7 for it for a Grande. Which was also shocking. He gave me my tea. And as I took a sip it was so hot. Burned mouth. Waited for someone to come back to the window. He said it is warm.Did you want a iced with an attitude problem. I was even going to tip him. But not after that.
