The older guy working drive thru was not pleasant whatsoever. He laughed at us over the drive thru speaker and then was rude when we asked him to wipe off the cup he had gotten soda all over. Very lackadaisical and unprofessional.

It's fast food. Used the app and got a complete meal (3 items and a drink) for $7. The app is the way to go. Customized all my items and they were all made correctly which is nice. Don't eat taco bell too often but always good when I do.

so tired of managment and associates not completing orders due to being incompentent, or mere laziness. have let it slide more times than i can count on two hands. been the same managment and/or assistant managment for years, and somehow quality of product and service had increasingly declined. you'd think corporate would have realized by now🤷♂️

Went through the drive through. Was asked if I wanted to round up my change to donate, i politely said no thank you. When I got to the window to pay the girl had an attitude told me I didnt get my 3 Penny's and that I should have round up. Not sure who the Drive through attendant is to tell me how to spend my money and not give me my change but I won't be back.
